(2) กรณีสงเคราะห บุตรเป นการนับจํานวนบุตรของผู ประกันตน Child allowance counted on number of children. (3) กรณีชราภาพเป นการจ ายในเรื่องบําเหน็จ Old age lump sum only. (4) กรณีว างงานนับจํานวนผู มารายงานตัวแต ละเดือน Unemployment counted on monthly insured person presentation. หมายเหตุ : 1. ผู ประกันตน หมายถึง ผู ซึ่งขึ้นทะเบียนประกันสังคม และหรือจ ายเงินสมทบอันก อให เกิดสิทธิได รับประโยชน ทดแทน ตามพระราช - บัญญัติประกันสังคม ( มาตรา 33) รวมผู ที่เคยเป นผู ประกันตน แล วสิ้นสภาพการเป นลูกจ าง และได แจ งความประสงค เป นผู ประกันตนต อ ( มาตรา 39) 2. สํานักงานประกันสังคมยกเลิกการให บริการกับผู ประกันตน ณ กองประโยชน ทดแทนแต ยังคงให บริการเบิกจ ายรักษาพยาบาล แก สถานพยาบาลในกรณีการรักษาโดยแพทย ผู เชี่ยวชาญพิเศษเฉพาะทาง Note: 1. Insured person: a person who pays contributions which provides entitlement to benefits under the Social Security Act (article 33 ) included any person who has been an insured person and he or she notify his/her intention to continue to be insured person (article 39 ). 2. Social Security Office quited providing services for the insured persons at the office of the Benefits Division which is located at the Social Security Office.
