(2) กรณีคลอดบุตร คือ คนที่เบิกค่ำคลอดบุตรทั้งผู้ประกันตนที่เป็นเพศชำย และเพศหญิง Maternity counted on the number of insured person who claimed maternity benefits. (3) กรณีทุพพลภำพ คือ ผู้ทุพพลภำพคนใหม่ นับตำมจำนวนผู้ที่ได้รับอนุมัติ ณ ปีนั้น Invalidity counted on new case only. (4) กรณีตำย คือ จำนวนคนที่มำรับค่ำทำศพ Death counted on the number of claims on funeral allowance. (5) กรณีสงเครำะห์บุตร คือ จำนวนบุตรของผู้ประกันตนที่เบิกเงินสงเครำะห์บุตร ซึ่งเป็นจำนวนที่นับสะสม เนื่องจำกผู้มีสิทธิ บำงรำยยังคงได้รับประโยชน์ทดแทนในปัจจุบัน โดยบุตรแต่ละคนจะได้รับสิทธิต่อเนื่องจนอำยุครบ 6 ปี Child Allowance counted on the number of children and the benefit will be paid until children turn 6 years old. (6) กรณีชรำภำพ คือ จำนวนผู้รับบำเหน็จและบำนำญ Old-age benefit counted on the number of pensioners and persons who received lump sum. (7) กรณีว่ำงงำน คือ จำนวนผู้ประกันตนที่มำรำยงำนตัวและรับเงินทดแทนกำรขำดรำยได้ในแต่ละเดือน (เฉพำะผู้ประกันตนมำตรำ 33) ซึ่งเป็นจำนวนที่นับสะสม เนื่องจำกผู้มีสิทธิบำงรำย ยังคงได้รับประโยชน์ทดแทนในปัจจุบัน Unemployment counted on the number of insured persons only under Article 33 who registered and claime for unemployment benefit. หมำยเหตุ: 1. ผู้ประกันตน หมำยถึง ผู้ซึ่งขึ้นทะเบียนประกันสังคม และหรือจ่ำยเงินสมทบอันก่อให้เกิดสิทธิได้รับประโยชน์ทดแทน ตำมพระรำช- บัญญัติประกันสังคม (มำตรำ 33) รวมผู้ที่เคยเป็นผู้ประกันตน แล้วสิ้นสภำพกำรเป็นลูกจ้ำง และได้แจ้งควำมประสงค์ เป็นผู้ประกันตนต่อ (มำตรำ 39) 2. สำนักงำนประกันสังคมยกเลิกกำรให้บริกำรกับผู้ประกันตน ณ กองประโยชน์ทดแทนแต่ยังคงให้บริกำรเบิกจ่ำยรักษำพยำบำล แก่สถำนพยำบำลในกรณีกำรรักษำโดยแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชำญพิเศษเฉพำะทำง Note: 1. Insured person: a person who pays contributions which provides entitlement to benefits under the Social Security Act (article 33 ) included any person who has been an insured person and he or she notify his/her intention to continue to be insured person (article 39 ). 2. Social Security Office quited providing services for the insured persons at the office of the Benefits Division which is located at the Social Security Office.
