73 Form of legal organization Most establishments (about 69.9 percent) were in the form of individual proprietor. The establishments were in the form of company limited or public company limited had the proportions, of about 25.9 percent . The remaining approximately 4.2 percent consisted of establishments the form of juristic partnership, community enterprise, cooperatives and others e.g. government or state enterprise, association, foundation . The majority of business establishments in Bangkok were single unit, of about 92.8 percent. The rest of about 7.2 percent were an office branch subsidiary, head office others and e.g. franchise, respectively. Form of economic organization Most establishments, approximately 29.5 percent had been in operation for 10 -1 9 years. This was followed by those operated their business for 5 - 9 years and less than 5 years, which had the proportion of about 26.3 percent and 19.9 percent, respectively.
