2.3.6 Form of economic organization classified to 4 types as follow 2.3.7 Registered capital Refer to the registered capital of enterprises according to law, which represents the types of shares, the number of shares and values of registered shares. 2.3.8 Persons engaged This refers to paid and unpaid workers working at the end of the pay period nearest to December of the year. It also included persons who normally worked in the establishments but were absent during the referred period due to illness or on leave with pay, but excluded those persons who were on leave for military services or one who had obtained long leave or were on strike. These including working proprietors, active business partners, unpaid workers and workers permanently worked outside the establishment, such as sales agents, repair and maintenance. Persons engaged are classified as follows: 1) Single unit refers to an establishment which was not a branch of any establishment or which had no Branch or subsidiary. 2) Head office is a head quarter establishment which owned or controlled their branches or subsidiary units. 3) Branch or subsidiary refers to an establishment, which was a branch or a subsi di ary of another estab l ishment . 4) Other refers to an establishment, which was other organized than those mentioned earlier. 1 ) Unpaid workers refer to the owners or business partners who managed or participated in the management of establishment; all persons living in the household of any proprietors of the owners and working in the establishment at least 20 hours a week without regular pay. The owners or the entrepreneur might provide them with money, foods, clothes and other subsidies, but were not responsible for the legal pay. 60
