I t was found that in 2021 , 80.0 % of establishments reported a significant impact to decrease revenue / sales, to decrease customer amount, and to decrease of financial liquidity . This impact ranged from moderate to severe . However, in 2 0 2 2 the establishments experienced a slightly reduced impact in these areas . In contrast, more than 5 0 . 0 % of establishments reported that in 2021 and 2022 , they did not experience any redundancy in employees, and deferring in recruitment . 3 .4 THE IMPACT OF THE SITUATION OF THE PANDEMIC OF COVID -19
