The 2022 Business and Industrial Census ( Manufacturing Industry : Northeastern region ) xx National Statistical Office National Statistical Office (NSO) is the main responsible authority that produces basic statistical information on national economic and social issues and has been conducting the Business Census and the Industrial Census every 5 – 10 years, according to the recommendation of the United Nations (UN) to provide basic information of business trade and services and manufacturing industry. The Business Trade and Services Census was conducted 4 times, in 1966, 1988, 20 1 2 and 2017. For the Industrial Census had been conducted 5 times, in 1964, 1997, 2007, 2012 and 2017. In 2022 will mature around 10 years for conducting the 5 th Business Trade and Services Census and 5 years for conducting the 6 th Industrial Census. The NSO had integrated both censuses such as “The 2022 Business Trade and Industrial Census” The data presented in this publication presents the operation result in 2021 (1 st January – 31 st December 2022) of manufacturing establishment in the economic activities were classified according to the Thailand Standard Industrial Classifications (TSIC-2009) located in the Northeastern Region as follows;
