CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION The National Statistical Office (NSO) continuously conducted the Business trade and Services Census and the Industrial Census every 5 – 10 years, based on the recommendation of the United Nations to obtain timely basic information on the business. The Business trade and Services Census has conducted for 4 times, in 1966, 1988, 2002 and 2012. The Industrial Census has conducted 5 times, in 1964, 1997, 2007, 2012 and 2017. 1 . 1 BACKGROUND
