It was found that in 2021 more than 8 0 % of establishments reported a significant impact to decrease revenue/sales and customer amount. This impact ranged from moderate to severe. However, in 2022 the establishments experienced a slightly reduced impact in these areas. In contrast, more than 50 % of establishments reported that in 2021 and 2022, they did not experience any impact in terms of deferring in recruitment and delay in employee redundancy. 3 .4 THE IMPACT OF THE SITUATION OF THE PANDEMIC OF COVID-19
