Imports Price Index The index used to measure the overall movement in the price of Imported goods. Those providing an indirect service, such as canteen and security staff, should be excluded, even though their wages and salaries are included as an overhead cost when measuring expenditure. Patent Dependency Ratio It means ratio of number of foreigner patent application per number of Thai patent application. Autosufficiency Ratio It means ratio of number of Thai patent application per number of total patent application. Household Income and Expenditure Gini Coefficient Measurement of the income distribution of a country's residents. This number, which ranges between 0 and 1 and is based on residents' net income, helps define the gap between the rich and the poor, with 0 representing perfect equality and 1 representing perfect inequality. Poverty Line It means conceptualized, as a minimum standard required by an individual to fulfill his or her basic food and non-food needs and unit in baht/person/month.
