ICT Indicators การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร The Development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) ในปี 2556 ความก้าวหน้าด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของทั่วโลกยังคงมีแนวโน้ม เช่นเดียวกันกับปี 2555 จากข้อมูลจำ �นวนเลขหมายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่/โทรศัพท์ประจำ �ที่ต่อประชากร 100 คน สัดส่วนครัวเรือนที่เข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ต สัดส่วนประชากรใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต และจำ �นวนสมาชิก โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ความเร็วสูงเป็นตัวชี้วัดที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นบ้าง และลดลงบ้างจากปี 2555 ที่เห็นได้อย่างชัดเจนคือ จำ �นวนสมาชิกเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ความเร็วสูงเท่านั้นที่เพิ่มขึ้น จาก 22.1 เป็น 29.5 ต่อประชากร 100 คน ซึ่งสหภาพโทรคมนาคมระหว่างประเทศ (International Telecommunication Union: ITU) ได้ประมาณการไว้ว่าในปี 2557 จำ �นวนสมาชิกเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์ เคลื่อนที่ความเร็วสูงจะเพิ่มสูงถึง 32.0 ต่อประชากร 100 คน (แผนภูมิที่ 1) The global progress in development of the ICT in 2013 was considered to be similar to the past year (2012). In considering from no. of subscriptions of the mobile telephone, of fixed telephone line, broadband internet, proportion of the Internet used by individuals and households, it showed a gradual progress. For no. of subscriptions of fixed telephone line, it decreased continuously. Still no. of subscriptions of the mobile telephone clearly increased from 22.1 (2012) to 29.5 per 100 persons in 2013.
