ICT Indicators 26 การจัดอันดับการแข่งขัน / Ranking of competitiveness ปัจจุบันการจัดอันดับการแข่งขันของประเทศ มีหลายองค์กรจัดทำ �ขึ้นเพื่อใช้เป็น benchmark สำ �หรับการพัฒนาของประเทศในด้านต่างๆ เช่น การจัดอันดับของ IMD ความสามารถในการ แข่งขันของประเทศในเวทีโลก หรือ World Competitiveness ปี 2557 ภาพรวมของการจัด อันดับประเทศไทยลดลงจากอันดับที่ 27 (ปี 2556) ตกลงมาเป็นอันดับ 29 ในขณะที่ประเทศ ASEAN ได้แก่ สิงคโปร์ มาเลเซีย และอินโดนีเซียอยู่ใน อันดับที่ดีขึ้น ซึ่งเมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้านของ ประเทศไทยพบว่า อันดับด้านประสิทธิภาพการ ทำ �งานของภาครัฐ (Government Efficiency) และ ภาคธุรกิจ (Business Efficiency) ตกลงอย่างมาก จากอันดับ 22 ลงมาที่ 28 และจากอันดับ 18 ลงมา 25 ซึ่งเป็นผลให้การจัดอันดับในภาพรวม ลดลง There are many organizations compile the competitiveness ranking so as to set up a benchmark for country development; such as IMD ranking by the World Competitiveness. In 2014 general ranking of Thailand dropped from 27 th in 2013 down to 29 th , while neighboring ASEAN countries, as Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia are in the better ranks in 2014. In considering by component, it was found that Government efficiency and Business efficiency dropped dramatically (from 22 nd to 28 th and 18 th to 25 th , respectively) which caused the general ranking dropped. ดัชนีความสามารถในการแข่งขัน (Global Competitiveness Index) จัดทำ �โดย World Economic Forum (WEF) นั้นในปี 2557 ประเทศไทย อยู่อันดับที่ 37 ดีขึ้นจากปี 2556 (อันดับ 38) เป็นที่ น่าสังเกตว่า อันดับด้านความต้องการพื้นฐาน (Basic Requirement) ของประเทศไทยตกลงจาก อันดับที่ 45 มาเป็นที่ 49 แต่อันดับด้านการเพิ่ม ประสิทธิภาพ (Efficiency enhancers) และด้าน นวัตกรรม (Innovation and sophistication) ดีขึ้น จึงทำ �ให้ภาพรวมของประเทศดีขึ้น สำ �หรับประเทศ สมาชิก ASEAN ส่วนใหญ่มีอันดับดีขึ้น ยกเว้น ประเทศกัมพูชาเท่านั้นที่มีอันดับลดลง The Global Competitiveness Index by World Economic Forum (WEF), Thailand has got a better rank in 2014 compared to 2013 (37 th in 2014 and 38 th in 2013). By component; the rank of the basic requirement dropped significantly (45 th in 2013 to 49 th in 2014). However, ranks of efficiency enhancers and innovation and sophistication were much better, so the overall ranks are better. Most of the ASEAN member countries were in better ranks, except Cambodia.
