นิยาม: ผูประกันตน ตามมาตรา 33 หมายถึง ผูชึ่งขึ้นทะเบียนประกันสั งคมและหรือจ ายเงินสมทบอันกอใหเกิด
สิทธิไดรับประโยชน ทดแทน ตามพระราชบัญญัติประกันสั งคม พ.ศ. 2533 และที่แกไขเพิ่ มเติม
ผูประกันตน ตามมาตรา 39 หมายถึง ผูที่เคยเปนผูประกันตนตามมาตรา 33 และต อมาความเปนผูประกันตนไดสิ้นสุดลง
ตามมาตรา 38 (2) คือสิ้นสภาพการเปนลูกจางและไดแจงความประสงค เปนผูประกันตนตอ
ผูประกันตน ตามมาตรา 40 หมายถึง บุคคลอื่นใดที่มิใชลูกจางตามมาตรา 33 สมัครเปนผู ประกันตนตามพระราชบัญญัติ

Definition: "Insured person Article 33" means a person who pays contributions which provides entitlement
to benefits under the social security Act. B.E. 1990 and amended by Social Security Act.
"Insured person Article 39" means any person who has been an insured person under Article 33
and whose insurance has subsequently cased under Article 38 (2) and he or she notify his/her
intention to continue to be insured person.
"Insured person Article 40" means any person who want to be a insured person.
