นิยาม: ผู้ประกันตน ตามมาตรา 33 หมายถึง ผู้ซึ่งขึ้นทะเบียนประกันสังคมและหรื อจ่ายเงิน
สมทบอั นก่อให้เกิดสิทธิได้ รับประโยชน์ทดแทน ตามพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม
พ.ศ. 2533 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม
ผู้ประกันตน ตามมาตรา 39 หมายถึ ง ผู้ที่ เคยเป็นผู้ประกันตนตามมาตรา 33
และต่อมาความเป็นผู้ประกันตนได้ สิ้นสุดลง
ผู้ประกันตน ตามมาตรา 40 หมายถึ ง บุคคลอื่นใดที่มิใช่ลูกจ้ างตามมาตรา 33
สมัครเป็นผู้ประกันตนตามพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม
Definition: "Insured person Article 33" means a person who pays contributions which
provides entitlementto benefits under the social security Act. B.E. 1990
and amended by Social Security Act.
"Insured person Article 39" means any person who has been an insured
person under Article 33.
"Insured person Article 40" means any person who want to be a insured person.
