2. ทํางานอย างน อย 1 ชั่วโมง โดยไม ได รับค าจ างใน วิสาหกิจหรือไร นาของหัวหน าครัวเรือน หรือสมาชิกใน ครัวเรือน 3. ไม ได ทํางานหรือทํางานน อยกว า 1 ชั่วโมง ( เป น ผู ปกติมีงานประจํา ) แต 3.1 ยังคงได รับค าตอบแทน ค าจ าง ผลประโยชน อื่นๆ ผลกําไรจากงาน หรือธุรกิจในระหว างที่ไม ได ทํางาน 3.2 ไม ได รับค าตอบแทน ค าจ าง ผลประโยชน อื่นๆ ผลกําไรจากงาน หรือธุรกิจในระหว างที่ไม ได ทํางาน แต ยัง มีงานหรือธุรกิจที่จะกลับไปทํา อัตราการมีงานทํา เท ากับ จํานวนผู มีงาน หาร จํานวนประชากรอายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป คูณ 100 ผู ว างงาน หมายถึง บุคคลที่มีอายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป และในระหว าง 7 วันก อนวันสัมภาษณ มีลักษณะอย างหนึ่ง อย างใดต อไปนี้ 1. ไม ได ทํางานและไม มีงานประจํา แต ได หางาน สมัครงานหรือรอการบรรจุ ในระหว าง 30 วันก อนวัน สัมภาษณ 2. ไม ได ทํางานและไม มีงานประจํา และไม ได หางาน ทําในระหว าง 30 วันก อนวันสัมภาษณ แต พร อมที่จะทํางาน ในสัปดาห แห งการสํารวจ อัตราการว างงาน เท ากับ จํานวนผู ว างงาน หาร กําลังแรงงานรวม คูณ 100 กําลังแรงงานป จจุบัน หมายถึง บุคคลที่มีอายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป ซื่งในระหว าง 7 วันก อนวันสัมภาษณ มีงานทํา หรือว างงาน ตามคํานิยามที่ได ระบุข างต น กําลังแรงงานที่รอฤดูกาล หมายถึง บุคคลที่ มีอายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป ในระหว าง 7 วันก อนวันสัมภาษณ เป น ผู ไม เข าข าย คํานิยามของผู มีงานทํา หรือผู ว างงาน แต เป น ผู รอฤดูกาลที่เหมาะสมเพื่อที่จะทํางาน และเป นบุคคลที่ ตามปกติจะทํางานที่ไม ได รับสิ่งตอบแทนในไร นาเกษตร หรือ 2. worked for at least one hour without pay in business enterprises or on farms owned or operated by household heads or members. 3. did not work at all or worked less than one hour (have regularly work) but 3.1 received wages/salaries, profits from business enterprise or farm during the period of absence ; or 3.2 did not receive wages/salaries, profits from business enterprise or farm during the period of absence but have regular jobs or business that they would return to work. Participation Rate = employed persons/total no. of population aged 15 and over x 100 Unemployed persons Persons, aged 15 years and over, and during 7 days before the interview date, they did not work even for one hour, had no jobs, no business enterprises, or farms of their own. Persons in this category include: 1. those who had been looking for work, applying for a job or waiting to be call to work during the last 30 days, before interview’s date. 2. those who had not been looking for work during the last 30 days before interview’s date but available for work during the last 7 days before interview’s date. Unemployment Rate = Unemployment persons/Total labour force x 100 Current labour force All persons 15 years of age and over, who during the survey week, were either employed or unemployed as defined above.
