ธุรกิจซึ่งทํากิจกรรมตามฤดูกาล โดยมีหัวหน าครัวเรือนหรือ สมาชิกคนอื่นๆ ในครัวเรือนเป นเจ าของหรือผู ดําเนินการ กําลังแรงงานรวม หมายถึง บุคคลทุกคนที่มี อายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป ในระหว าง 7 วันก อนวันสัมภาษณ เป นผู อยู ในกําลังแรงงานป จจุบัน หรือเป นผู ถูกจัดจําแนกอยู ใน ประเภทกําลังแรงงานที่รอฤดูกาลตามคํานิยามที่ได ระบุ ข างต น อัตราการมีส วนร วมในกําลังแรงงาน หมายถึง ร อยละของประชากรที่อยู ในกําลังแรงงานรวม ( รวมกําลัง แรงงานที่รอฤดูด วย ) ต อประชากรที่มีอายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป ทั้งหมด ผู ไม อยู ในกําลังแรงงาน หมายถึง บุคคลผู ไม เข า ข ายคํานิยามของผู อยู ในกําลังแรงงานในระหว าง 7 วันก อน วันสัมภาษณ ได แก บุคคลซึ่งในระหว าง 7 วันก อนวัน สัมภาษณ มีอายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป แต ไม ได ทํางาน และไม พร อมที่ จะทํางาน เนื่องจากเป นผู ที่ 1. ทํางานบ าน 2. เรียนหนังสือ 3. ยังเด็กเกินไป ( มีอายุน อยกว า 18 ป ) หรือชรา มาก ( มีอายุเกิน 60 ป ) 4. ไม สามารถทํางานได เนื่องจากพิการทาง ร างกายหรือจิตใจ หรือเจ็บป วยเรื้อรัง 5. ไม สมัครใจทํางาน 6. ทํางานโดยไม ได รับค าจ าง ผลกําไร ส วนแบ ง หรือ สิ่งตอบแทนอื่นๆ ให แก บุคคลซึ่งมิได เป นสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เดียวกัน 7. ทํางานให แก องค การ หรือสถาบันการกุศลต างๆ โดยไม ได รับค าจ าง ผลกําไร ส วนแบ งหรือ สิ่งตอบแทนใดๆ 8. ไม พร อมที่จะทํางาน เนื่องจากเหตุผลอื่น worked without pay on farms, or in business enterprises engaged in seasonal activities owned or operated by the head of the household or any other members of the household. Total labour force All persons, who are 15 years of age and over, during the survey week, were in the current labour force as defined above or were classified as seasonally inactive labor force as defined above. Labor force participation rates which was defined as the percentage of the population in the total labor force to the population 15 years of age and over. Persons not in the labour force Persons, who were classified in this category were those who were neither employed nor unemployed during the survey week, nor classified as seasonally inactive labor force as defined above. They include: 1. engaged in household work, 2. engaged in studies, 3. too young (below 18 years of age) or too old (above 60 years of age), 4. incapable of work because of physical or mental disability or chronic illness, 5. voluntarily idle, 6. working without pay, profits, dividends or other payments for persons who were not member of the same household, 7. working without pay, profits, dividends or any other payments for charitable organizations and institutions, 8. otherwise not available for employment. 56 สถิติแรงงาน
