การสํารวจภาวะการครองชีพของข าราชการ พลเรือนสามัญ สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ จัดทําครั้งแรก เมื่อป 2532 และจัดทําต อเนื่องทุก 2 ป โดยเก็บรวบรวม ข อมูลจากข าราชการ ( ในสังกัด ก . พ .) ทุกประเภท และระดับ ตําแหน งที่ตกเป นตัวอย างทุกจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ เพื่อนําข อมูล ไปใช ประกอบการพิจารณากําหนดนโยบายของรัฐเกี่ยวกับ เงินเดือน และค าตอบแทน ตลอดจนสวัสดิการต างๆ ของ ข าราชการให เหมาะสมกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจในป จจุบัน ครอบครัวข าราชการ หมายถึง ครอบครัวที่ ประกอบด วย 1. ข าราชการ 2. คู สมรส และบุตรที่ยังไม ได ทํางานมีรายได ไม ว า จะอาศัยอยู ด วยกันกับข าราชการ หรือ ไม ก็ตาม 3. บิดา มารดา ญาติพี่น อง บุตรบุญธรรม และผู อาศัยที่ข าราชการต องอุปการะเลี้ยงดู และต องอาศัยอยู ด วยกันกับข าราชการ หรืออยู กับคู สมรสหรือบุตรของ ข าราชการ ไม นับ บุคคลต อไปนี้ เป นสมาชิกของครอบครัว ข าราชการ - บุตรที่ทํางานมีรายได แม ว าจะอาศัยอยู กับ ข าราชการ - บิดา มารดา ญาติพี่น อง ที่ข าราชการต อง อุปการะเลี้ยงดู แต ไม ได อาศัยอยู กับข าราชการหรือคู สมรส หรือบุตรของข าราชการ - คนรับใช - ลูกจ างในธุรกิจ การสํารวจการใช พลังงานของครัวเรือน สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ จัดทําครั้งแรกในป 2527 และ จัดทําต อเนื่องทุก 2 ป โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข อมูล ค าใช จ ายเกี่ยวกับพลังงานประเภทต างๆ ของครัวเรือน ให ครอบคลุมครัวเรือนส วนบุคคลทุกจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ และ ตั้งแต ป 2549 จะจัดทําทุกป ซึ่งข อมูลดังกล าวนําไปใช ประโยชน ในการวิเคราะห ข อมูลค าใช จ ายด านพลังงานของ ครัวเรือน The Civil Servants’ Living Condition Survey, the National Statistical Office has carried out the survey on civil servants’ living condition first time in 1989 and it was continued every two years. This survey for the government to monitor and to formulate plans and policies related to salary, compensation and social welfare for all the civil servants. Government Official Family means : 1. government officers, 2. spouse and children who had no income whether living in the same household or not, 3. parents, relatives, adopted children and depending persons who were supported by government official and living with government official or government official’s spouse or child, The followings were excluded : 1. children who had income whether living in the same household or not, 2. parents and depending persons who were supported by government official but not living with government official or government official’s spouse or child, 3. domestic servants of government official family. 4. Private company employees The Household Energy Consumption Survey , The National Statistical Office has carried out survey of household energy consumption since 1984 and continued every two years. The survey covered private households throughout the country, and since 2006 , it has been conducted every year.
