5. ไม สมัครใจทํางาน 6. ทํางานโดยไม ได รับค าจ าง ผลกําไร ส วนแบ ง หรือ สิ่งตอบแทนอื่นๆ ให แก บุคคลซึ่งมิได เป นสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เดียวกัน 7. ทํางานให แก องค การ หรือสถาบันการกุศลต างๆ โดยไม ได รับค าจ าง ผลกําไร ส วนแบ งหรือ สิ่งตอบแทนใดๆ 8. ไม พร อมที่จะทํางาน เนื่องจากเหตุผลอื่น รายละเอียดอื่น ๆ ตลอดจนแผนการสุ มตัวอย าง และวิธีการประมาณผล โปรดดูรายงานผลการสํารวจ ภาวะการทํางานของประชากร ทั่วราชอาณาจักร ซึ่งจัดทํา โดยสํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ แรงงานนอกระบบ สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ จัดทําครั้งแรกเมื่อ พ . ศ . 2548 โดยทําการสํารวจไปพร อม กับการสํารวจภาวะการทํางานของประชากร ไตรมาสที่ 3 เป นประจําทุกป สําหรับป 2558 เป นการจัดทําครั้งที่ 11 เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข อมูลเกี่ยวกับจํานวน และลักษณะต าง ๆ ของประชากรที่มีงานทํา ที่ไม ได รับความคุ มครองจากการ ทํางานตามกฎหมายแรงงาน และไม มีหลักประกันทางสังคม ซึ่งข อมูลจะประกอบด วยจํานวนแรงงานที่อยู ในระบบ และ นอกระบบ ลักษณะทางประชากรที่สําคัญของแรงงานใน ระบบและนอกระบบ เช น อายุ เพศ การศึกษาที่สําเร็จ อาชีพ อุตสาหกรรม ชั่วโมงการทํางาน รวมทั้งข อมูลอื่นๆ เกี่ยวกับการได รับบาดเจ็บหรืออุบัติเหตุจากการทํางาน สิทธิการรักษาพยาบาล และป ญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการทํางาน เป นต น แรงงานนอกระบบ หมายถึง ผู มีงานทําที่ไม ได รับ ความคุ มครอง และหลักประกันทางสังคม 5. voluntarily idle, 6. working without pay, profits, dividends or other payments for persons who were not member of the same household, 7. working without pay, profits, dividends or any other payments for charitable organizations and institutions, 8. otherwise not available for employment. Informal Employment : National Statistical Office conducted the first survey on Informal Employment in 2005. The survey has usually been conducted annually along with the third quarter of the labor force survey since then. The eleventh round was in 2015, to collect data about the number and characteristics of the population who have neither social security nor being covered by the labor law. The data presented, consisting of the number of formal and informal employment, the important demographic and social aspects of formal and informal employment, such as age, sex, level of education attainment, occupation, industry, and work hours etc. Other information such as, getting hurt or accident from work, getting medical welfare and problems in the workplace were also collected.
