คนต างด าวที่ได รับใบอนุญาตให ทํางาน ต องมีถิ่น ที่อยู ในราชอาณาจักรหรือได รับอนุญาตให เข ามาใน ราชอาณาจักรเป นการชั่วคราวตามกฎหมายว าด วยคนเข า เมืองโดยมิใช ได รับอนุญาตให เข ามาในฐานะนักท องเที่ยว หรือผู เดินทางผ าน และไม มีลักษณะต องห ามตามที่กําหนด ในกฎกระทรวง คนต างด าว หมายถึง บุคคลธรรมดาซึ่งไม มี สัญชาติไทย สถิติเกี่ยวกับความต องการพัฒนาขีดความ สามารถของประชากร สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ เป น ผู จัดทํา โดยจัดทําครั้งแรกใน พ . ศ . 2538 และเพื่อให มี ข อมูลที่ต อเนื่อง ตั้งแต ป พ . ศ . 2544 จึงได ดําเนินการ สํารวจทุกป ซึ่งผลการสํารวจทําให ทราบความต องการ พัฒนาขีดความ สามารถของผู อยู ในกําลังแรงงาน และ นอกกําลังแรงงาน หลักสูตรที่ต องการได รับการพัฒนา ขีดความสามารถ ตลอดจนความต องการได รับการ ช วยเหลือจากภาครัฐของ ผู ว างงาน สถิติเกี่ยวกับการบริหารราชการ ได นําเสนอ จํานวนข าราชการ ซึ่งเป นเจ าหน าที่ช วยในด านการ บริการของรัฐ กําลังคนในภาครัฐในฝ ายพลเรือน ซึ่ง ปฏิบัติงานในส วนราชการต าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ ได นําเสนอ ข อมูลเกี่ยวกับจํานวนตําแหน ง จํานวนข าราชการ ชาย หญิง ระดับการศึกษา ระดับตําแหน ง โดยจําแนกเป น ข าราชการแต ละประเภท รวมทั้งข อมูลกําลังคนในตําแหน ง ผู บริหาร ลูกจ างประจํา ลูกจ างชั่วคราว พนักงานจ าง และ พนักงานราชการ The alien who is eligible for the permit under section 9 shall have the place of residence in the Kingdom or has been permitted to enter into the Kingdom temporarily under the law on immigration in any status other than tourists or transit passenger and shall not have any prohibitions as prescribed by the Ministerial Regulation "Alien" means a natural person who is not of Thai nationality Statistics on Needs for Human Resource Development and Competency: National Statistical Office has conducted the Survey on the Needs for Human Resource Development and Competency, the first time in 1995, then since 2001 this survey has been conducted annually. This survey presented data regarding the needs for human resource development and competency of people in and out of the labor force, needs for courses/curriculum, including needs of unemployed people from the Government Statistics on Administrative of the Government: presented statistics on number of government officials, government employees who are executing governmental service. Statistics on Civilian Workforce in Thailand; Number of civilian positions, number of government official by sex, level of education and position classification, including number of executive level, permanent employees, temporary employees, government employee and local temporary employees were presented. 60 สถิติแรงงาน
