สถิติเกษตร และประมง สถิติการเกษตร ได มาจากสํานักงานเศรษฐกิจ การเกษตร และกรมปศุสัตว กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ เนื่องจากประเทศไทยเป นประเทศเกษตรกรรม การเกษตร เป นอาชีพหลักของประชากร และผลิตผลทางการเกษตรเป น สินค าออกที่สําคัญ ด วยเหตุนี้ รัฐบาลจึงได กําหนดนโยบายที่ จะพัฒนาการเกษตรไว ทุกด าน มีการส งเสริมการเกษตร ให เจริญก าวหน าและเร งรัดผลผลิตให มีปริมาณและคุณภาพ ดีขึ้น เพื่อใช ในการบริโภค การอุตสาหกรรม และการส งออก กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ ได จัดทําแผนพัฒนา การเกษตร โดยมุ งปรับโครงสร างการเกษตรตามแนวทาง เกษตรยั่งยืน ได แก เกษตรธรรมชาติ เกษตรอินทรีย เกษตรผสมผสาน วนเกษตร และโครงการน้ําตามแนว ทฤษฎีใหม เพื่อให เกษตรกรมีคุณภาพชีวิต และความ เป นอยู ที่ดีขึ้น อีกทั้งยังเป นการรักษาสภาพแวดล อมให ยั่งยืนอีกด วย ข าวรวม หมายถึง ข าวนาป รวมกับข าวนาปรัง ข าวนาป หมายถึง ข าวที่เพาะปลูกระหว างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม ถึง 31 ตุลาคม ยกเว น จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง สงขลา ป ตตานี ยะลา และนราธิวาส หมายถึง ข าวที่ เพาะปลูกอยู ในระหว างวันที่ 16 มิถุนายน ถึง 28 กุมภาพันธ ของป ถัดไป Agriculture and Fishery Statistics Agricultural statistics were obtained from the Office of Agricultural Economics and the Department of Livestock Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and the National Statistical Office. As known, Thailand is an agricultural country and agriculture is the main subsistence occupation of the majority of Thai people and the agricultural product is the most important exporting goods. For such reasons, the Thai government has planned programs to develop all types of agricultural activities in order to increase and improve both quantity and quality of agricultural products for direct consumption, industrial and exporting purposes. The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives has proposed the agricultural development plan. Restructure agricultural production under the Sustainable Agricultural Development Scheme in directions such as natural farming, organic farming, integrated farming, agro-forestry and water sources under the new theory. This is intended to serve farmer in upgrading of infrastructure to promote higher productivity and better quality of life and standard living. Also, it is for the conservation of sustainable environment. Rice (mixed) refer to the major rice and second rice Major Rice refer to the rice grown during May and October, except in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat whereas the major rice is grown during 16 June and 28 February of the following year.
