สถิติโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เก็บรวบรวมข อมูล เกี่ยวกับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่ได รับอนุญาตให ประกอบ กิจการ ( ตามพระราชบัญญัติโรงงาน พ . ศ . 2535) เงินทุน และจํานวนคนงาน โรงงาน หมายถึง อาคาร สถานที่ หรือยานพาหนะที่ ใช เครื่องจักรมีกําลังรวมตั้งแต ห าแรงม าหรือกําลังเทียบเท า ตั้งแต ห าแรงม าขึ้นไป หรือใช คนงานตั้งแต เจ็ดคนขึ้นไป โดยใช เครื่องจักรหรือไม ก็ตามสําหรับทํา ผลิต ประกอบ บรรจุ ซ อม ซ อมบํารุง ทดสอบ ปรับปรุง แปรสภาพ ลําเลียง เก็บรักษา หรือทําลายสิ่งใด ๆ ทั้งนี้ ตามประเภทหรือชนิดของโรงงานที่ กําหนดในกฎกระทรวง คนงาน หมายถึง ผู ซึ่งทํางานในโรงงาน ทั้งนี้ ไม รวมถึงผู ซึ่งทํางานฝ ายธุรการ การก อสร าง สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ ได ดําเนินการสํารวจพื้นที่การก อสร างเป นประจําทุกป ตั้งแต ป 2509 โดยคุ มรวมสิ่งก อสร างทุกประเภทที่เอกชนได รับ อนุมัติให ก อสร างใหม และต อเติมการขอดัดแปลง ในทุกพื้นที่ทุก จังหวัดทั่วประเทศ การก อสร างใหม หมายถึง การสร างอาคารขึ้นใหม ทั้งหมด ไม ว าจะเป นการสร างขึ้นแทนของเดิมหรือไม ก็ตาม การต อเติมหรือดัดแปลง หมายถึง การ เปลี่ยนแปลงต อเติม เพิ่ม ลด หรือขยาย ซึ่งลักษณะขอบเขต แบบ รูปทรง สัดส วน น้ําหนัก เนื้อที่ของโครงสร างของ อาคารหรือส วนต างๆ ของอาคารซึ่งได ก อสร างไว แล วให ผิด ไปจากเดิม Industrial statistics were collected from permitted industrial establishments, in accordance with the Factory Act B.E. 2535 (1992), data were on industrial operation, capital and number of persons engaged. Factory means a building, place, or vehicle which uses a machine from five horsing powers or an equivalent thereof or more or which employs seven workers or more with or without any machine for manufacturing, producing, assembling, filling, repairing, maintaining, testing, improving, altering, transporting, keeping, or destroying anything in accordance with the type or kind of factory as provided for in a ministerial rule. Worker means a person who works in a factory but excluding a person working in an administrative staff. Constructions: The National Statistical Office has conducted a Permitted Area Constructions Survey annually since 1966 . The survey covers all permitted building constructions, including additional and alteration constructions in every province in the country. New Construction means all new buildings whether or not they are re-built. Addition and alteration means any changes of building that its boundary, type, shape, ratio and area are innovated and have effect on its original form. 332 สถิติอุตสาหกรรม
