สถิติการค า และราคา สถิติการค า และราคา ที่เสนอในบทนี้ ได ข อมูลมา จากกรมศุลกากร กระทรวงการคลัง และสํานักดัชนี เศรษฐกิจการค า สํานักงานปลัดกระทรวงพาณิชย สถิติการค าระหว างประเทศ หรือ สถิติการค า ต างประเทศที่นําเสนอในบทนี้ ได ทําการจําแนกรายการสินค า ถือตามบัญชีรายการสินค าของประเทศไทย (Thailand Trade Nomenclature) ฉบับพิมพ ครั้งที่ 6 ป 2513 ซึ่งแสดง รหัสสถิติไว ตามระบบการจําแนกประเภทแบบพิกัดของบรัสเซล (Brussels Tariff Nomenclature - BTN.) ตั้งแต ป 2520 ถือตามรหัสสถิติสินค าขาเข าขาออกของประเทศไทย ซึ่งกรม ศุลกากรได จัดทําขึ้น เพื่อแสดงการเปรียบเทียบประเภท สินค าระหว างระบบการจําแนกประเภทแบบพิกัดของบรัสเซล ( ซึ่งเรียกว า ระบบการจําแนกประเภทแบบคณะมนตรีความ ร วมมือทางศุลกากร (Customs Cooperation Council Nomenclature, CCCN.) กับระบบการจําแนกประเภท แบบมาตรฐานระหว างประเทศ ฉบับแก ไขครั้งที่ 2 (The Standard International Trade Classification, Rev. 2 - SITC.) สําหรับเป นมูลฐานให ผู ใช สถิติสามารถศึกษา เปรียบเทียบกับสินค าของประเทศต างๆ ได และตั้งแต ป 2531 เป นต นมา รหัสสินค าขาเข า - ขาออกของประเทศไทย ได จําแนกตามระบบฮาร โม ไนซ (The Harmonized System - H.S.) เพื่อเป นประโยชน ในด านการค าระหว างประเทศยิ่งขึ้น คุ มรวม “ สินค า ” หมายถึง สินค าที่ได นําเข าและ ส งออกโดยรัฐบาล องค การของรัฐวิสาหกิจและส วนบุคคล แต ไม รวม Trade and Price Statistics Trade and Price Statistics presented in this chapter have been derived from the Customs Department, Ministry of Finance and the Trade and Economic Indices Bureau, Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce. International trade statistics have been classified the commodities, according to the “Thailand Trade Nomenclature, sixth, edition, 1970 ” which provided commodity codes on the basis of the Brussels Tariff Nomenclature. Since 1977, the Thailand Trade Nomenclature has been adapted based on the Brussels Tariff Nomenclature (the Customs Cooperation Council Nomenclature, CCCN.) with conversion to the Standard International Trade Classification Rev. 2 (SITC.). The Customs Department published this publication to assist the users for the study and comparison of statistical commodity data across countries to be more beneficial to the international trade. Since 1988, the classification of commodities has based on the Harmonized System (H.S.). Coverage: “Merchandise” means goods which are imported and exported by the government, government organizations as well as private enterprises and individuals but excludes:-
