1. ได้ท างานตั้งแต่ 1 ชั่วโมงขึ้นไป โดยได้รับค่าจ้าง เงินเดือน ผลกาไร เงินปันผล ค่าตอบแทน ที่มีลักษณะอย่าง อื่นสาหรับผลงานที่ท าเป็นเงินสด หรือสิ่งของ 2. ไม่ได้ท างานหรือท างานน้อยกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง แต่ เป็นบุคคลที่มีลักษณะอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด ดังต่อไปนี้ (ซึ่งจะถือ เป็นผู้ปกติมีงานประจา) แต่ 2.1 ยังคงได้รับค่าตอบแทน ค่าจ้าง ผลประโยชน์ อื่นๆ ผลกาไรจากงาน หรือธุรกิจในระหว่างที่ไม่ได้ท างาน 2.2 ไม่ได้รับค่าตอบแทน ค่าจ้าง ผลประโยชน์อื่นๆ ผลกาไรจากงาน หรือธุรกิจในระหว่างที่ไม่ได้ท างาน แต่ยังมี งานหรือธุรกิจที่จะกลับไปท า 3. ท างานอย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่ได้รับค่าจ้างใน วิสาหกิจหรือไร่นาเกษตรของหัวหน้าครัวเรือน หรือของ สมาชิกในครัวเรือน อัตราการมีส่วนร่วมในกาลังแรงงาน เท่ากับ กาลัง แรงงานรวมอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป หาร จานวนประชากร อายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป คูณ 100 ผู้ว่างงาน หมายถึง บุคคลที่มีอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป และใน สัปดาห์แห่งการสารวจมีลักษณะอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. ไม่ได้ท างานและไม่มีงานประจา แต่ได้หางาน สมัครงานหรือรอการบรรจุ ในระหว่าง 30 วันก่อนวัน สัมภาษณ์ 2. ไม่ได้ท างานและไม่มีงานประจา และไม่ได้หางาน ท าในระหว่าง 30 วันก่อนวันสัมภาษณ์ แต่พร้อมที่จะท างาน ในสัปดาห์แห่งการสารวจ อัตราการว่างงาน เท่ากับ ผู้ว่างงานอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป หาร กาลังแรงงานรวมอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป คูณ 100 1. worked for at least one hour for wages/ salary, profits, dividends or any other kind of payment, in cash, in kind; or 2. did not work at all or worked less than one hour (have regularly work) but 2.1 received wages/salaries, profits from business enterprise or farm during the period of absence ; or 2.2 did not receive wages/salaries, profits from business enterprise or farm during the period of absence but have regular jobs or business that they would return to work. 3. worked for at least one hour without pay in business enterprises or on farms owned or operated by household heads or members. Labour Force Participation Rate = Total labour force aged 15 years old and over/total no. of population aged 15 and over x 100 Unemployed persons Persons, 15 years of age and over who during the survey week, they did not work even for one hour, had no jobs, no business enterprises, or farms of their own. Persons in this category include: 1. those who had been looking for work, applying for a job or waiting to be call to work during the last 30 days, before interview’s date. 2. those who had not been looking for work during the last 30 days before interview’s date but available for work during the last 7 days before interview’s date.
