ส ถิ ติ เ กี่ ย ว กั บ ค ว า มต้ อ ง ก า ร พัฒน า ขี ด ความสามารถของประชากร สานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ เป็น ผู้จัดท า โดยจัดท าครั้งแรกใน พ.ศ. 2538 และเพื่อให้มี ข้อมูลที่ต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่ ปี พ.ศ. 2544 จึงได้ด าเนินการ สารวจทุกปี ซึ่งผลการสารวจท าให้ทราบความต้องการ พัฒนาขีดความ สามารถของผู้อยู่ใน กาลังแรงงาน และนอก กาลังแรงงาน หลักสูตรที่ต้องการได้รับการพัฒนาขีด ความสามารถ ตลอดจนความต้องการได้รับการช่วยเหลือ จากภาครัฐของผู้ว่างงาน สถิติเกี่ยวกับการบริหารราชการ ได้นาเสนอ จานวนข้าราชการ ซึ่งเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยในด้านการบริการ ของรัฐ กาลังคนในภาครัฐในฝ่ายพลเรือน ซึ่งปฏิบัติงาน ในส่วนราชการต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ ได้นาเสนอข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับจานวนตาแหน่ง จานวนข้าราชการ ชาย หญิง ระดับการศึกษา ระดับตาแหน่ง โดยจาแนกเป็นข้าราชการ แต่ละประเภทรวมทั้งข้อมูลกาลังคนในตาแหน่งผู้บริหาร ลูกจ้างประจา ลูกจ้างชั่วคราว พนักงานจ้าง และพนักงาน ราชการ Statistics on Needs for Human Resource Development and Competency: National Statistical Office has conducted the Survey on the Needs for Human Resource Development and Competency, the first time in 1995, then since 2001 this survey has been conducted annually. This survey presented data regarding the needs for human resource development and competency of people in and out of the labor force, needs for courses/curriculum, including needs of unemployed people from the Government Statistics on Administrative of the Government: presented statistics on number of government officials, government employees who are executing governmental service. Statistics on Civilian Workforce in Thailand; Number of civilian positions, number of government official by sex, level of education and position classification, including number of executive level, permanent employees, temporary employees, government employee and local temporary employees were presented. 61 Labour Statistics
