การอ่านหนังสือของเด็กเล็ก หมายถึงการอ่าน หนังสือของเด็กเล็กที่อ่านในช่วงนอกเวลาเรียนด้วยตัวเอง และรวมทั้งที่ผู้ใหญ่อ่านให้ฟังด้วย การอ่านหนังสือ หมายถึงการอ่านหนังสือหรือ บทความทุกประเภท นอกเวลาเรียน/นอกเวลาท างาน/ ช่วงเวลาพัก ทั้งที่เป็นรูปเล่ม/เอกสาร หรือการอ่านทางสื่อ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ทั้งที่มีการเชื่อมต่อและไม่เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต รวมถึง การอ่านผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ( เช่น Facebook Line Instagram Twitter ฯลฯ) SMS E-mail ยกเว้น การอ่าน ข้อความที่เป็นการสนทนา/ติดต่อสื่อสารส่วนบุคคลหรือ หน้าที่การงาน Reading of the children aged below 6 years refers to the children’s reading themselves out of study times, including the adults’ reading for them. Reading refers to reading books or all kinds of articles,out of studying time or working hours or break time. Books or articles could be in forms of documents or electronic with or without the internet connection.
