สถิติสวัสดิการสังคม สถิติสวัสดิการสังคมที่เสนอในบทนี้ ได้ข้อมูลมาจาก สานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ สานักงานธนานุเคราะห์ กระทรวงการ พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ และสานักงาน ประกันสังคม กระทรวงแรงงาน ภาครัฐและเอกชนในประเทศต่างๆ ได้ให้ความสาคัญ ในเรื่องสวัสดิการ เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาสทั้งทางด้าน เศรษฐกิจและสังคม ซึ่งจะเห็นได้จากนโยบายของประเทศ ส่วนใหญ่จะมีสวัสดิการสังคมภายใต้ความคุ้มครองดูแลของ รัฐบาล ดังนั้น ข้อมูลสถิติเกี่ยวกับสวัสดิการสังคมจะสะท้อน การมีส่วนร่วมของทุกฝ่ายเป็นอย่างดี ข้อมูลสถิติที่นาเสนอใน บทนี้จะเกี่ยวกับสวัสดิการสังคมที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ ประชาชน เช่น สวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาล การรับจานา ทรัพย์สิน สิ่งของในอัตราดอกเบี้ยต่า และการประกันตน เป็น ต้น สถิติการส ารวจอนามัยและสวัสดิการ สานักงาน สถิติแห่งชาติ ได้จัดเก็บข้อมูลด้านอนามัยและสวัสดิการอย่าง ต่อเนื่องมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2517 และการสารวจปี 2560 เป็น การสารวจครั้งล่าสุด ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการได้รับสวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาลการ เจ็บป่วยการรับบริการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การรับบริการ ทันตกรรม การเข้ารับบริการด้านสาธารณสุข ค่าใช้จ่ายใน การรับบริการด้านสาธารณสุขการเข้าถึงสวัสดิการค่า รักษาพยาบาลของประชากร เป็นต้น สถิติทรัพย์จาน า ไถ่ถอน และทรัพย์หลุดจาน า เป็นข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก สานักงานธนานุเคราะห์ ที่แสดงถึง ทรัพย์รับจานา ทรัพย์ไถ่ถอน ทรัพย์หลุดจานา ทรัพย์หลุดจานา หมายถึง ทรัพย์จานาที่ผู้จานา ขาดส่งดอกเบี้ยติดต่อกันเป็นเวลาเกินกว่า 4 เดือน และไม่ได้ ถอนคืนภายใน กาหนดระยะเวลา 30 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ สถานธนานุเคราะห์ประกาศบัญชีทรัพย์หลุดจานาที่ผู้จานา ขาดส่งดอกเบี้ยทรัพย์จานานั้นจะหลุดเป็นสิทธิ์ของสถาน ธนานุเคราะห์ Social Security Statistics Statistics on social security presented in this chapter were obtained from various sources, i.e. from the National Statistical Office, the Public Pawnshop Office, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security and the Social Security Office, Ministry of Labour. The Government and private agencies of various countries have prioritized social welfare as an important issue in order to help vulnerable people . The policies on social welfare are formulated to better vulnerable people’s conditions. Thus the data on social welfare extremely reflected the participation of the entire agencies concerned, such statistics presented in this chapter will focus on government policies in assisting people with social welfare under the government’s administration, such as health insurance, low interest rates in pawnshops, social security fund, etc. Statistics on health and welfare was collected for the first time by National Statistical Office in 1974, the latest was in 2017. The objectives of the survey were to collect data concerning health welfare, sickness, health promotion service, dental service, an access to health service and cost on public health service, including an access to health welfare of the population etc. Statistics on pawnshop were obtained from the Public Pawnshop Office, it presented a number of objects, including their value. Overdue pawn means the objects left to the pawnshop due to defaulting of paying back interest at a period of over four months, and not being redeemed within thirty days. Then, the objects become the property of the pawnshop.
