ค่าใช้จ่ายของครัวเรือน หมายถึง การใช้จ่าย เกี่ยวกับ “สิ่งของหรือการบริการด้านต่างๆ” ที่จาเป็นต่อการ ครองชีพที่ครัวเรือนต้องซื้อ / จ่ายด้วยเงิน หรือได้มาโดยไม่ได้ ซื้อ / จ่าย ( ผลิตเอง ได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากบุคคลอื่น รัฐ เป็นสวัสดิการจากการท างาน หรือเบิกได้จากนายจ้าง ) ประกอบด้วย ค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อการอุปโภคบริโภค่ า้ จ่าื่ อุ ปิ โ เช่น ที่อยู่อาศัย เครื่องแต่งบ้าน เครื่องใช้เบ็ดเตล็ดเสื้อผ้าเครื่องแต่งกาย รองเท้าของใช้ / บริการส่วนบุคคล เวชภัณฑ์และค่า รักษาพยาบาล การเดินทาง การศึกษาการบันเทิงการอ่าน และกิจกรรมทางศาสนา ค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับการอุปโภค่ า้ จ่าี่ ไ่ เี่ ยั บุ ป บริโโภคิ เช่น ค่าภาษี ของขวัญและเงินบริจาค ค่าเบี้ย ประกันภัย ค่าสลากกินแบ่ง ดอกเบี้ยจ่าย และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับการอุปโภคบริโภค และค่าใช้จ่ายอาหารเครื่องดื่ม่ า้ จ่าื่ อื่ ม และยาสูบบู ได้แก่อาหารทุกประเภท ( อาหารสด อาหารแห้ง อาหารสาเร็จรูป เครื่องปรุงรส ฯลฯ ) เครื่องดื่ม ( มี / ไม่มี แอลกอฮอล์ ) และยาสูบ ( ยาเส้น ยาฉุน หมาก ยานัตถ์ฯลฯ ) ทั้งนี้ ค่าใช้จ่ายของครัวเรือน ไม่รวมรายจ่ายเพื่อ การออม และสะสมทุนเช่น เช่าซื้อบ้าน ที่ดิน ของมีค่าต่าง ๆ และการประกันชีวิตประเภทสะสมทรัพย์ เงินสมทบกองทุน ต่างๆ เช่นกองทุน บาเหน็จ บานาญข้าราชการ กองทุน สารองเลี้ยงชีพ เป็นต้น รายได้ของครัวเรือน หมายถึง “เงินหรือสิ่งของ” ที่ครัวเรือนได้รับมาจากการท างานหรือผลิตเอง หรือจาก ทรัพย์สินหรือได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากผู้อื่น ประกอบด้วย รายได้ปประจ าา้ ได้แก่ รายได้ที่เกิดจาการ ทางานหรือ ผลิตเอง เช่น ค่าจ้างและเงินเดือน กาไรสุทธิจากการท า ธุรกิจ กาไรสุทธิจากการท าการเกษตร เป็นต้น Household expenditures Household expenditures refer to expenditure spent on goods or services needed for daily life, the expenditure may be spent in forms of cash or received without pay, (as own-produced, receive from other household’s members or the others, receive as part of work or social welfare or received from employer). Expenditure consists of consumption expenditure, such as expenditure on dwelling, furniture, other household appliance, clothes, shoes, personal stuff/service, medical and health care cost, travel cost, education, entertainment reading and cost on religious activities. And non-consumption expenditure which consists of the amount spent on taxes, gifts and contributions, insurance premiums, lottery tickets, interest paid, and other non-consumption items. Including is expenditures on food, beverages and tobacco, such as all kinds of food (fresh, preserved, finished food, seasoning etc. beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) and tobacco. Household expenditure excludes, amount paid on capital formation, such as purchase or hire- purchase of house and land, vehicles, purchase of jewelry, savings-life insurance premiums, and provident funds etc. Household income Household income refers to cash or in kind which household received from work or own-produce or assets or received from others.
