สถิติยุติธรรม ความมั่นคง การเมือง และ การปกครอง สถิติยุติธรรม ความมั่นคง การเมือง และการ ปกครอง ที่นาเสนอในบทนี้ได้มาจากสานักงานปลัดกระทรวง ยุติธรรม กรมพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน กระทรวง ยุติธรรม และสานักงาน ตารวจแห่งชาติ สถิติคดีของศาล ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคดี แพ่งที่ขึ้นสู่การพิจารณาของศาล คดีอาญาที่ขึ้นสู่การ พิจารณาของศาล และคดีอาญาที่น่าสนใจ คดีแพ่ง หมายถึง คดีที่เกี่ยวกับหนี้สิน ลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ เรื่องเงินกู้ ถ้ามีการบังคับคดีก็จะบังคับเอากับ ทรัพย์สิน คดีอาญา หมายถึง คดีที่เกี่ยวกับความสงบ เรียบร้อยของบ้านเมือง เช่น ลัก วิ่ง ชิง ปล้น ฉ้อโกง ยักยอก ท าร้ายร่างกาย ถ้ามีการบังคับคดีก็จะมีโทษ 5 สถาน ได้แก่ ประหารชีวิต จาคุก กักขัง ปรับ และ ริบทรัพย์สิน สถิติคดีเด็กและเยาวชนที่ถูกด าเนินคดีโดยกรม พินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน เป็นการรวบรวม ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการด าเนินคดีทั้งคดีครอบครัวและคดีอาญา เด็กและเยาวชนที่กระท าความผิดที่เข้าสู่กระบวนการ ยุติธรรม โดยหน่วยงานในสังกัดทั่วประเทศทั้งสถานพินิจและ คุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน และศูนย์ฝึกและอบรมเด็กและ เยาวชน ตามพระราชบัญญัติศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว และ วิธีพิจารณาคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัว พ.ศ. 2553 เด็ก หมายถึง บุคคลอายุยังไม่เกินสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์ เยาวชน หมายถึง บุคคลอายุเกินสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์ แต่ยังไม่ถึงสิบแปดปีบริบูรณ์ Justice, Security, Political and Public Administration Statistics Justice Security Political and Public Administration Statistics presented in this chapter obtained from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice, Department of Youth Observation and Protection, Ministry of Justice and the Royal Thai Police. Statistics on Cases illustrated a number of civil and criminal cases which commenced of offence as well as reported interesting crime. Civil case means the case concerning debt, debtor, creditor and loan. Legal enforcement aims for property. Criminal case means the case concerning country’s peace including steal, rob, loot, raid, plunder, embezzle and mug. In case of legal enforcement, penalties include capital punishment, imprisonment, retaining, fine and property seizure. Statistics on Juvenile cases including family cases judged by Department of Juvenile Observation Protection according to the B.E. 2553 (2010) Act of Establishment of Juvenile and Family Courts and Procedure for Juvenile and Family Cases was collected in order to present the social situations for the policy makers and general users. Child refers to person aged less than 15 years. Youth refers to person aged over 15 years but not reach 18 years.
