สถิติการค้าและราคา สถิติการค้า และราคา ที่เสนอในบทนี้ ได้ข้อมูลมา จากกรมศุลกากร กระทรวงการคลัง และสานักดัชนี เศรษฐกิจการค้า สานักงานปลัดกระทรวงพาณิชย์ สถิติการค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือ สถิติการค้า ต่างประเทศที่นาเสนอในบทนี้ ได้ท าการจาแนกรายการสินค้า ถือตามบัญชีรายการสินค้าของประเทศไทย (Thailand Trade Nomenclature) ฉบับพิมพ์ครั้งที่ 6 ปี 2513 ซึ่งแสดงรหัส สถิติไว้ตามระบบการจาแนกประเภทแบบพิกัดของบรัสเซล (Brussels Tariff Nomenclature - BTN.) ตั้งแต่ ปี 2520 ถือตามรหัสสถิติสินค้าขาเข้าขาออกของประเทศไทย ซึ่งกรม ศุลกากรได้จัดท าขึ้น เพื่อแสดงการเปรียบเทียบประเภท สินค้าระหว่างระบบการจาแนกประเภทแบบพิกัดของบรัสเซล ( ซึ่งเรียกว่า ระบบการจาแนกประเภทแบบคณะมนตรีความ ร่วมมือทางศุลกากร (Customs Cooperation Council Nomenclature, CCCN.) กับระบบการจาแนกประเภทแบบ มาตรฐานระหว่างประเทศ ฉบับแก้ไข ครั้งที่ 2 (The Standard International Trade Classification, Rev. 2 - SITC.) สาหรับ เป็นมูลฐานให้ผู้ใช้สถิติสามารถศึกษาเปรียบเทียบกับสินค้า ของประเทศต่างๆ ได้ และตั้งแต่ปี 2531 เป็นต้นมารหัสสินค้า ขาเข้า - ขาออกของประเทศไทยได้จาแนกตามระบบฮาร์โม ไนซ์ (The Harmonized System - H.S.) เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ใน ด้านการค้าระหว่างประเทศยิ่งขึ้น คุ้มรวม “สินค้า” หมายถึง สินค้าที่ได้นาเข้าและ ส่งออกโดยรัฐบาล องค์การของรัฐวิสาหกิจและส่วนบุคคล แต่ไม่รวม Trade and Price Statistics Trade and Price Statistics presented in this chapter have been derived from the Customs Department, Ministry of Financeand the Trade and Economic Indices Bureau, Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce. International trade statistics have been classified the commodities, according to the “Thailand Trade Nomenclature, sixth, edition, 1970 ” which provided commodity codes on the basis of the Brussels Tariff Nomenclature. Since 1977, the Thailand Trade Nomenclature has been adapted based on the Brussels Tariff Nomenclature (the Customs Cooperation Council Nomenclature, CCCN.) with conversion to the Standard International Trade Classification Rev. 2 (SITC.). The Customs Department published this publication to assist the users for the study and comparison of statistical commodity data across countries to be more beneficial to the international trade. Since 1988, the classification of commodities has based on the Harmonized System (H.S.).
