กําลังแรงงานป จจุบัน หมายถึง บุคคลที่มี อายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป ซึ่งในสัปดาห แห งการสํารวจมีงานทําหรือ ว างงาน ตามคํานิยามที่ได ระบุข างต น กําลังแรงงานที่รอฤดูกาล หมายถึง บุคคลที่มี อายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป ในระหว าง 7 วันก อนวันสัมภาษณ เป นผู ไม เข าข าย คํานิยามของผู มีงานทํา หรือผู ว างงาน แต เป น ผู รอฤดูกาลที่เหมาะสมเพื่อที่จะทํางาน และเป นบุคคลที่ ตามปกติจะทํางานที่ไม ได รับสิ่งตอบแทนในไร นาเกษตร หรือ ธุรกิจซึ่งทํากิจกรรมตามฤดูกาล โดยมีหัวหน าครัวเรือนหรือ สมาชิกคนอื่นๆ ในครัวเรือนเป นเจ าของหรือผู ดําเนินการ กําลังแรงงานรวม หมายถึง บุคคลทุกคนที่มี อายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป ในระหว าง 7 วันก อนวันสัมภาษณ เป นผู อยู ในกําลังแรงงานป จจุบัน หรือเป นผู ถูกจัดจําแนกอยู ใน ประเภทกําลังแรงงานที่รอฤดูกาลตามคํานิยามที่ได ระบุ ข างต น อัตราการมีส วนร วมในกําลังแรงงาน หมายถึง ร อยละของประชากรที่อยู ในกําลังแรงงานรวม (รวมกําลัง แรงงานที่รอฤดูด วย) ต อประชากรที่มีอายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป ทั้งหมด ผู ไม อยู ในกําลังแรงงาน หมายถึง บุคคลที่ไม เข า ข ายคํานิยามของผู อยู ในกําลังแรงงานใน สัปดาห แห งการ สํารวจ คือ บุคคลซึ่งในสัปดาห แห งการสํารวจมีอายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป แต ไม ได ทํางาน และไม พร อมที่จะทํางานเนื่องจากเป นผู ที่ 1. ทํางานบ าน 2. เรียนหนังสือ 3. ยังเด็กเกินไปหรือชรามาก 4 ไม สามารถทํางานได เนื่องจากพิการทาง ร างกายหรือจิตใจหรือเจ็บป วยเรื้อรัง Current labour force All persons 15 years of age and over who during the survey week, were either employed or unemployed as defined above. Seasonally inactive labour force Persons, who are 15 years of age and over, during the survey week, were neither employed nor unemployed as defined above, but were waiting for the appropriate season, being persons who usually worked without pay on farms, or in business enterprises engaged in seasonal activities owned or operated by the head of the household or any other members of the household. Total labour force All persons, who are 15 years of age and over, during the survey week, were in the current labour force as defined above or were classified as seasonally inactive labor force as defined above. Labor force participation rates which was defined as the percentage of the population in the total labor force to the population 15 years of age and over. Persons not in the labour force Persons classified in this category are are those who were neither employed nor unemployed during the survey week, nor classified as seasonally inactive labor force as defined above. They include: 1. engaged in household work, 2. engaged in studies, 3. too young or too old, 4. incapable of work because of physical or mental disability or chronic illness, 56 สถิติแรงงาน
