5. ไม สมัครใจทํางาน 6. ทํางานโดยไม ได รับค าจ าง ผลกําไร ส วนแบ ง หรือ สิ่งตอบแทนอื่นๆ ให แก บุคคลซึ่งมิได เป นสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เดียวกัน 7. ทํางานให แก องค การ หรือสถาบันการกุศล ต างๆ โดยไม ได รับค าจ าง ผลกําไร ส วนแบ ง หรือสิ่งตอบ แทนใดๆ 8. ไม พร อมที่จะทํางาน เนื่องจากเหตุผลอื่น รายละเอียดอื่นๆ ตลอดจนแผนการสุ มตัวอย างและ วิธีการประมาณผล โปรดดูรายงานผลการสํารวจภาวะการ ทํางานของประชากร ทั่วราชอาณาจักร ซึ่งจัดทําโดย สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ แรงงานนอกระบบ สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ จัดทําครั้งแรกเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2548 โดยทําการสํารวจไปพร อม กับการสํารวจภาวะการทํางานของประชากร ไตรมาสที่ 3 เป นประจําทุกป เพื่อเป นการตอบสนอง ความต องการใช ข อมูลแก หน วยงานด านการ วางแผนและกําหนดนโยบาย ใน การใช เป น ฐานข อมูลเพื่อศึกษาถึงแรงงานนอกระบบ ในการ ขยายความคุ มครองและการประกันสังคมให ครอบคลุมทุก สาขาอาชีพ เพื่อให ผู ที่ทํางานนอก ระบบได เข าถึงการ ประกันสังคมและความคุ มครอง จากการทํางาน ได รับความ เป นธรรม มีความมั่นคง จากการทํางาน ซึ่งจะส งผลให แรงงานนอกระบบ เหล านี้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น แรงงานนอกระบบ หมายถึง ผู มีงานทําที่ไม ได รับ ความคุ มครอง และหลักประกันทางสังคม อัตราค าจ างขั้นต่ํา ได รับข อมูลจากกรมสวัสดิการ และคุ มครองแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน 5. voluntarily idle, 6. working without pay, profits, dividends or other payments for persons who were not member of the same household, 7. working without pay, profits, dividends or any other payments for charitable organizations and institutions, 8. otherwise not available for employment. Informal Employment : National Statistical Office conducted the first survey on Informal Employment in 2005. The survey was conducted annually and usually incorporated in the third quarter of the labor force survey. The purposes of the survey are aimed to serve information for the requirement of planning agencies and policy makers, as well as to create theinformal employment database, in order to extend social security coverage for all occupations. As a result, informal employed people would benefit from accessing social security and protection from their work. The results of this survey could further contribute for an improvement of their quality of life. Informal employment refers to employed persons who have not been protected under social security.
