สถิติเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร สถิติการสื่อสาร ที่นําเสนอในบทนี้ได ข อมูลจาก บริษัท ไปรษณีย ไทย จํากัด บริษัท กสท โทรคมนาคม จํากัด (มหาชน) และสํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ สถิติบริการไปรษณีย ได รับข อมูลจาก บริษัท ไปรษณีย ไทย จํากัด สังกัดกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและ สังคม มีหน าที่ให บริการงานไปรษณีย และบริการการเงินโดยเก็บ รวบรวมข อมูลเกี่ยวกับการรับฝากไปรษณียภัณฑ ธรรมดา พัสดุไปรษณีย บริการพิเศษ ธนาณัติ และตั๋วแลกเงิน ไปรษณีย เป นต น Information Communication and Technology Statistics Communication statistics presented in this chapter have been compiled from The Thailand Post Company Limited, the CAT Telecom Public Company Limited, and National Statistical Office. Statistics on Post were received from Thailand Post Co., Ltd , under Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. Their mission is to provide service on post and financial service. Data collected, such as postal ordinary, postal parcel, special service, money order and postal order, etc. สถิติเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) ที่นําเสนอ สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ เป นผู จัดทําภายใต การ สํารวจการมีการใช เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในครัวเรือน และ สถานประกอบการ การส ํ ารวจการมีกา รใช  เทคโนโลยีสารสน เทศและการ สื่อสารในครัวเรือน ซึ่งได ดําเนินการสํารวจครั้งแรก เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2544 และตั้งแต พ.ศ. 2546 ได ทําการสํารวจเป น ประจําทุกป เพื่อให ทราบจํานวนประชากรที่ใช คอมพิวเตอร อินเทอร เน็ต และโทรศัพท มือถือ พฤติกรรมของการใช และ จํานวนครัวเรือนที่มีอุปกรณ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการ สื่อสาร เช น โทรศัพท พื้น ฐาน เครื่อ งคอมพิว เตอร เครื่องโทรสาร และการเชื่อมต ออินเทอร เน็ตในครัวเรือน โดยคุ มรวมในการสํารวจ คือ ครัวเรือนส  วนบุคคลที่ตก เป  นตัวอย าง ทั้ง ใน เขตเทศบาล และนอกเขต เทศบาล ทุกจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ Statistics on Information and Communication Technology : These statistics presented were from the surveys on the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Households and in Establishments conducted by National Statistical Office. Household Survey on the use of ICT has been undertaken the first time in 2001 and since 2003 it has been carried out annually. The objective of the survey, which covered private and institutional households in municipal and non - municipal area, was to collect number of household members using ICT devices, and their behaviors in using ICT devices.
