- เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลรายละเอียดเฉพาะของสถาน ประกอบการ (การแจงนับ) ในปี 2555 สาหรับการจัดท าสามะโนอุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. 2560 ได้กาหนดแผนการด าเนินงานเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลพื้นฐานหรือการนับจดสถานประกอบการ ทุกประ เ ภท ด า เ นินการ ในปี 2559 และขั้นการ เ ก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลรายละเอียดหรือการแจงนับสถานประกอบการ ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตซึ่งด าเนินการในปี 2560 โดยมี วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่แสดงให้เห็น โครงสร้าง และการกระจายตัวของสถานประกอบการประเภท ต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งเก็บรวบรวมรายละเอียดการด าเนินงานของ สถานประกอบการเกี่ยวกับจานวน และขนาดของสถาน ประกอบการ ประเภทอุตสาหกรรม จานวนคนท างาน ลูกจ้าง ค่าตอบแทนแรงงาน ค่าใช้จ่ายในการผลิตและด าเนินงาน มูลค่าขายผลผลิตและรายรับ ส่วนเปลี่ยนแปลงของวัตถุดิบ และสินค้าคงเหลือ มูลค่าสินทรัพย์ถาวรของสถานประกอบการ และข้อมูลอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต สถิติโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบ กิจการ (ตามพระราชบัญญัติโรงงาน พ.ศ. 2535) เงินทุน และจานวนคนงาน โรงงาน หมายถึง อาคาร สถานที่ หรือยานพาหนะที่ใช้ เครื่องจักรมีกาลังรวมตั้งแต่ห้าแรงม้าหรือกาลังเทียบเท่า ตั้งแต่ห้าแรงม้าขึ้นไป หรือใช้คนงานตั้งแต่เจ็ดคนขึ้นไป โดยใช้ เครื่องจักรหรือไม่ก็ตามสาหรับท า ผลิต ประกอบ บรรจุ ซ่อม ซ่อม บารุง ทดสอบ ปรับปรุง แปรสภาพ ลาเลียง เก็บรักษา หรือท าลายสิ่งใดๆ ทั้งนี้ ตามประเภทหรือชนิดของโรงงานที่ กาหนดในกฎกระทรวง - Enumeration stage in 2012: collect detailed information of their business operation. The conduction of the 2017 Industrial Census consists of two stages. The listing stage was conducted in 2016 in which basic information of all establishments engaged in all economic activities was collected. The enumeration stage was conducted in 2017 in which detailed information of establishments engaged in only manufacturing was collected. The aims of the 2017 Industrial Census are to collect basic information which clarifies the structure and the distribution of the establishments as well as to collect detailed information on the operation of establishments such as number and size of establishments, type of business activity, number of person engaged, number of employees, remuneration of employees, production cost, cost of business operation, value of output and revenue, change in raw materials and inventory, value of fixed asset owned by establishments, and so on. Industrial statistics were collected from permitted industrial establishments, in accordance with the Factory Act B.E. 2535 (1992), data were on industrial operation, capital and number of persons engaged. Factory means a building, place, or vehicle which uses a machine from five horsing powers or an equivalent thereof or more or which employs seven workers or more with or without any machine for manufacturing, producing, assembling, filling, repairing, maintaining, testing, improving, altering, transporting, keeping, or destroying anything in accordance with the type or kind of factory as provided for in a ministerial rule . 324 สถิติอุตสาหกรรม
