สถิติเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร สถิติการสื่อสาร ที่นาเสนอในบทนี้ได้ข้อมูลจาก บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จากัด และสานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สถิติบริการไปรษณีย์ ได้รับข้อมูลจาก บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จากัด สังกัดกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและ สังคม มีหน้าที่ให้บริการงานไปรษณีย์และบริการการเงินโดยเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการรับฝากไปรษณียภัณฑ์ธรรมดา พัสดุไปรษณีย์ บริการพิเศษ ธนาณัติ และตั๋วแลกเ งิน ไปรษณีย์ เป็นต้น Information Communication and Technology Statistics Communication statistics presented in this chapter have been compiled from The Thailand Post Company Limited and National Statistical Office, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society . Statistics on Post were received from Thailand Post Co., Ltd , under Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. Their mission is to provide service on post and financial service. Data collected, such as postal ordinary letter-post items, parcel post, special service, money order and postal order, etc. สถิติเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) ที่นาเสนอ สานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ เป็นผู้จัดท าภายใต้การ สารวจการมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในครัวเรือน และ สถานประกอบการ การสารวจการมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการ สื่อสารในครัวเรือน ซึ่งได้ด าเนินการสารวจครั้งแรก เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2544 และตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2546 ได้ท าการสารวจเป็น ประจาทุกปี เพื่อให้ทราบจานวนประชากรที่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ อินเทอร์เน็ต และโทรศัพท์มือถือ พฤติกรรมของการใช้และ จานวนครัวเรือนที่มีอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการ สื่อสาร เ ช่น โ ทรศัพท์พื้นฐาน เ ครื่องคอมพิว เ ตอร์ เครื่องโทรสาร และการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตในครัวเรือน โดยคุ้มรวมในการสารวจ คือ ครัวเรือนส่วนบุคคลที่ตกเป็น ตัวอย่างทั้งในเขตเทศบาล และนอกเขตเทศบาล ทุกจังหวัด ทั่วประเทศ Statistics on Information and Communication Technology : These statistics presented were from the surveys on the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Households and in Establishments conducted by National Statistical Office. Household Survey on the use of ICT has been undertaken the first time in 2001 and since 2003 it has been carried out annually. The objective of the survey, which covered private and institutional households in municipal and non - municipal area, was to collect number of persons using computer, internet and mobile phone, number of household members using ICT devices including fixed line telephone, computer, fax and internet access in household and their behaviors in using ICT devices.
