สถิติอุตสาหกรรม สถิติอุตสาหกรรม ที่ เ สนอ ใ นบทนี้ ไ ด มาจาก กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม กรมอุตสาหกรรมพื้นฐานและ ก า ร เ หมื อ ง แ ร ก ร ะ ท ร ว ง อุ ต ส า ห ก ร ร ม สํ า นั ก ง า น คณะกรรมการส งเสริมการลงทุน สํานักนายกรัฐมนตรี และ สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สถิติอุตสาหกรรมจากสํามะโนอุตสาหกรรม เป น โครงการที่จัดทําทุก 10 ป ตามข อเสนอขององค การสหประชาชาติ เพื่อให มีข อมูลพื้นฐานที่สําคัญทางด านอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต อย างต อเนื่อง โดยได จัดทํามาแล ว 3 ครั้ง ในป 2507 2540 และ 2550 แต เนื่องจากป จจุบันโครงสร างด านเศรษฐกิจมี การเปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็วมาก ดังนั้น หน วยงานที่เกี่ยวข อง เ ช น สํานักงานเ ศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม สํานักงานสภา พัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห งชาติ ธนาคารแห งประเทศ ไทย และกระทรวงพาณิชย มีความจําเป นต องใช ข อมูลที่ ทันสมัยในการวิเคราะห และติดตามสถานการณ ด านเศรษฐกิจ ของประเทศ และภูมิภาค สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ จึงจัดทํา สํามะโนอุตสาหกรรม จากทุก 10 ป เป นจัดทําทุก 5 ป โดยเริ่ม ดําเนินการในป 2555 พร อมกับ สํามะโนธุรกิจทางการค า แล ะธุรกิจทางการบริการ เ รียกว า สําม ะ โ นธุรกิจแล ะ อุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. 2555 การเก็บรวบรวมข อมูลสํามะโนธุรกิจ และอุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. 2555 ดําเนินการเป น 2 ขั้นตอน คือ - การเก็บรวบรวมข อมูลพื้นฐานของสถานประกอบการ ทั่วประเทศ (การนับจด) ในป 2554 ที่ประกอบกิจกรรมทาง เศรษฐกิจ ตามการจัดประเภทมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมประเทศไทย ป 2552 (Thailand Standard Industrial Classification : TSIC- 2009 ) ไม รวม : แผงลอยในตลาด แผงลอยและหาบเร และแผงลอยในศูนย การค า Industrial Statistics Industrial statistics presented in this chapter were obtained from the Department of industrial Works, the Department of Primary Industry and Mines, Ministry of Industry; Thailand Board of Investment, Office of the Prime Minister and the National Statistical Office, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society . Industrial statistics was derived from Industrial census, which has been conducted every 10 years, in accordance with the UN recommendation by the National Statistical Office. This census has been carried out 3 times already, in 1964, 1997 and 2007. Presently the economic structure has changed rapidly, thus the concerned agencies, such as the Office of Industrial Economics, the office the National Economic and Social Development Council Bank of Thailand and Ministry of Commerce expressing the needs in timely industrial statistics for analyzing and monitoring economic statistics at regional and country levels. Therefore, as a major data producer, the National Statistic Office is shifting in conducting the industrial census from every 10 years into every 5 years, starting from 2012. In order to cover wider range of economic activities, the business trade and services census is also incorporated in the 2012 industrial census, then it is called the 2012 Business and Industrial Census. Data collection of this census divided into 2 stages; - Listing stage in 2011: collect basic information of all business and industrial establishments engaged in economic activities of the 2009 Thailand Standard Industrial Classification: ISIC 2009 , excluding market stall, hawker stall and kiosk in shopping mall.
