สถิติเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร สถิติการสื่อสาร ที่นําเสนอในบทนี้ได ข อมูลจาก บริษัท ไปรษณีย ไทย จํากัด และสํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สถิติบริการไปรษณีย ได รับข อมูลจาก บริษัท ไปรษณีย ไทย จํากัด สังกัดกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและ สังคม มีหน าที่ให บริการงานไปรษณีย และบริการการเงินโดยเก็บ รวบรวมข อมูลเกี่ยวกับการรับฝากไปรษณียภัณฑ ธรรมดา พัสดุไปรษณีย บริการพิเศษ ธนาณัติ และตั๋วแลกเ งิน ไปรษณีย เป นต น Information Communication and Technology Statistics Communication statistics presented in this chapter have been compiled from The Thailand Post Company Limited and National Statistical Office, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society . Statistics on Post were received from Thailand Post Co., Ltd , under Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. Their mission is to provide service on post and financial service. Data collected, such as postal ordinary letter-post items, parcel post, special service, money order and postal order, etc. สถิติเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) ที่นําเสนอ สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ เป นผู จัดทําภายใต การสํารวจการมีการใช เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ในครัวเรือน และสถานประกอบการ สถิติการสํารวจการมีการใช เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ การสื่อสารในครัวเรือน สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ ได ทําการสํารวจ การมีการใช เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในครัวเรือน ครั้งแรก เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2544 และตั้งแต พ.ศ. 2546 เป นต นมา ได ทําการสํารวจเป นประจําทุกป และ ในป พ. ศ.2564 ได มีการปรับแผนการสํารวจจากรายป เป นรายไตรมาส เนื่องจากมีความต องการใช ข อมูลเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ การสื่อสารมากขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค เพื่อต องการทราบ จํานวนประชาชนที่ใช อินเทอร เน็ต ใช โทรศัพท มือถือ และ การมีโทรศัพท มือถือ รวมทั้งทราบจํานวนครัวเรือนที่มีคอมพิวเตอร มีการเชื่อมต ออินเทอร เน็ต และการมีโทรศัพท มือถือในครัวเรือน โดยคุ มรวมในการสํารวจ คือ ครัวเรือนส วนบุคคลที่ตกเป น ตัวอย างทั้งในเขตเทศบาลและนอกเขตเทศบาลทุกจังหวัด Statistics on Information and Communication Technology : These statistics presented were from the surveys on the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Households and in Establishments conducted by National Statistical Office. Household Survey on the Use of ICT has been undertaken for the first time in 2001 and since 2003, it has been carried out annually. In 2021, the survey plan has been revised from yearly to quarterlydue to the increasing user needs for information technology and communication data The objective of the survey, which covered private households in the municipal and non-municipal areas, was to collect the number of persons using the internet and mobile phone and having a mobile phone, the number of household shaving computer and mobile phone, and internet access.
