สำหรับจำนวนประชำกรทั่วรำชอำณำจักรที่ลดลง ในปี 2547 เนื่องจำกโครงกำรปรับปรุง แก้ไข และจำหน่ำย รำยกำรบุคคลในทะเบียนบ้ำนกลำงทั่วรำชอำณำจักร และ โครงกำรตรวจสอบแก้ไขรำยกำรบุคคลในทะเบียนบ้ำน กรณีชื่อเกินและซ้ำซ้อน ประชำกรในทะเบียนบ้ำนกลำง หมำยควำมว่ำ ทะเบียนซึ่งผู้อำนวยกำรทะเบียนกลำง กำหนดให้จัดท ำขึ้น สำหรับลงรำยกำรบุคคลที่ไม่อำจมีชื่อในทะเบียนบ้ำน ประชำกรอยู่ระหว่ำงกำรย้ำย หมำยถึง กำรแจ้ง ย้ำยต้นทำง โดยผู้ถูกย้ำยยังไม่มีกำรแจ้งย้ำยเข้ำทะเบียน บ้ำนอื่น และถือใบรับแจ้งกำรย้ำยที่อยู่ (ท.ร.6 : ใบแจ้งย้ำย ทะเบียนบ้ำน) การคาดประมาณประชากรของประเทศไทย พ . ศ. 2553 - 2583 สำนักงำนสภำพัฒนำกำรเศรษฐกิจ และสังคมแห่งชำติ จัดท ำโดยใช้ข้อมูลจำกสำมะโนประชำกร และเคหะ พ . ศ. 2553 สำนักงำนสถิติแห่งชำติ เป็นข้อมูล ฐำนในกำรคำดประมำณประชำกร ภำยใต้สภำพข้อเท็จจริงที่ เป็นอยู่ในปัจจุบันและแนวโน้มกำรเปลี่ยนแปลงของข้อสมมติ ต่ำงๆ ให้มีควำมเหมำะสมเป็นไปได้มำกที่สุด ที่เกี่ยวกับ จำนวนและโครงสร้ำงอำยุ เพศของประชำกรที่ใช้เป็นฐำน และที่เกี่ยวกับกำรเปลี่ยนแปลงประชำกรทั้งกำรเกิด กำรตำย กำรย้ำยถิ่น และควำมเป็นเมือง ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ ต่อกำรนำไปวำงแผนนโยบำยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประชำกร สถิติชีพ แสดงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกำรเกิดมีชีพและ กำรตำย ซึ่งสำนักงำนปลัดกระทรวงสำธำรณสุข ได้ท ำควำมตก ลงในกำรใช้ฐำนข้อมูลทะเบียนรำษฎร์จำกกรมกำรปกครอง กระทรวงมหำดไทย ภำยใต้ข้อ กำหนดของพระรำชบัญญัติ In 2004 , the Department of Provincial Administration, has reviewed and made necessary correction due to double counting of the registered people. Therefore, the accurate figure of the country’s total population has been accordingly attained. Population registered in central house file is a document produced by Registration Administration Bureau. The said document compiles name of the persons who are unable to register their names in any house registration certificates. Transferring population means person whose name has been removed from current home registration certificates and unable to register his/her name in any other home registration certificate and thereby being given transferring paper by the authority. ( TR 6 : Transferring paper) Population Projection of Thailand 2010 - 2040 : Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council has been responsible for the population projection of the country. The latest version of the 2010 - 2040 population projection was set up by using the 2010 population and housing census, conducted by the National Statistical Office, which was the latest round, as the base data in order to comply with the current population situation on age - sex structure and appropriate assumptions on births, deaths, migration and urbanization. The population projection could be the sound input information for evidence - based plans and policies. Vital Statistics: Showed the data relating to births and deaths.
