สถิติแรงงาน สถิติแรงงานที่เสนอในบทนี้ ได มาจาก สํานักงาน สถิติแห งชาติ กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สํานัก บริหารแรงงานต างด าว กรมสวัสดิการและคุ มครองแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน และสํานักงานคณะกรรมการข าราชการ พลเรือน สํานักนายกรัฐมนตรี สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ ได เริ่มดําเนินการสํารวจ ภาวะการทํางานของประชากร ( สํารวจแรงงาน ) ตั้งแต พ.ศ. 2506 และได มีการปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงระเบียบ วิธีการสํารวจตลอดมาดังนี้ : - พ . ศ. 2514 - 2526 ทําการสํารวจป ละ 2 รอบ ใน เดือนมกราคม - มีนาคม และ กรกฎาคม - กันยายน พ.ศ. 2527 - 2540 ทําการสํารวจป ละ 3 รอบ ใน เดือนกุมภาพันธ พฤษภาคม และสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2541 - 2543 ทําการสํารวจป ละ 4 รอบ รอบที่ 1 สํารวจในเดือนกุมภาพันธ เป นช วง หน าแล งนอกฤดูการเกษตร รอบที่ 2 สํารวจในเดือนพฤษภาคม เป นช วงที่ กําลังแรงงานใหม ที่เพิ่งสําเร็จการศึกษาเริ่มเข าสู ตลาดแรงงาน รอบที่ 3 สํารวจในเดือนสิงหาคม เป นช วงฤดู การเกษตร รอบที่ 4 สํารวจในเดือนพฤศจิกายน ซึ่งเป นฤดู การเก็บเกี่ยวพืชผลทางการเกษตร พ.ศ. 2544 เป นต นไป ได ดําเนินการสํารวจเป น รายเดือนแล วนําข อมูล 3 เดือนรวมกันเพื่อเสนอข อมูลเป น รายไตรมาส โดยข อมูลที่สําคัญสามารถนําเสนอในระดับ จังหวัด ไตรมาสที่ 1 สํารวจในเดือน มกราคม - มีนาคม ไตรมาสที่ 2 สํารวจในเดือน เมษายน - มิถุนายน ไตรมาสที่ 3 สํารวจในเดือน กรกฎาคม - กันยายน ไตรมาสที่ 4 สํารวจในเดือน ตุลาคม - ธันวาคม Labour Statistics Labour statistics presented in this chapter were obtained from the National Statistical Office , Ministry of Digital Economy and Society ; Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Labour protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour and Office of the Civil Service Commission, Office of the Prime Minister. Labour force statistics have been compiled by the National Statistical Office through conducting a Labour Force Survey since 1963. The Labour Force Survey (LFS) has been developed many times, as follows: 1971 - 1983: had been undertaken 2 rounds a year, during January - March, and July - September, 1984 - 1997: had been undertaken 3 rounds a year in February, May and August, 1998 - 2000: had been undertaken 4 rounds a year: The first round, the field work is in February coinciding with the non-agricultural season, The second round is normally held in May in which new labour force come from students just finishing their schooling, The third round is held in August during the agricultural season, The fourth round is held in November during the harvest on agricultural season, In 2001, the Survey was conducted on monthly basis, and the results of three months are combined to be presented the quarterly data, Quarter 1: January - March Quarter 2: April - June Quarter 3: July - September Quarter 4: October - December
