5. พักผ อน 6. เกษียณการทํางาน 7. ไม พร อมที่จะทํางาน เนื่องจากเหตุผลอื่น เช น ไม สมัครใจทํางาน ทํางานโดยไม ได รับค าจ าง ผลกําไร ส วนแบ ง หรือสิ่งตอบแทนอื่น ๆ ให แก บุคคลซึ่งมิได เป นสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เดียวกัน ทํางานให แก องค การ หรือสถาบันการกุศลต าง ๆ โดยไม ได รับค าจ าง ผลกําไรส วนแบ ง หรือสิ่งตอบแทนอย างใด รายละเอียดอื่นๆ ตลอดจนแผนการสุ มตัวอย างและ วิธีการประมาณผล โปรดดูรายงานผลการสํารวจภาวะ การทํางานของประชากร ทั่วราชอาณาจักร ซึ่งจัดทําโดย สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ แรงงานนอกระบบ สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ จัดทําครั้งแรกเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2548 โดยทําการสํารวจไปพร อมกับ การสํารวจภาวะการทํางานของประชากร ไตรมาสที่ 3 เป นประจําทุกป เพื่อเป นการตอบสนองความต องการใช ข อมูลแก หน วยงานด านการวางแผนและกําหนดนโยบาย ในการใช เป นฐานข อมูล เพื่อศึกษาถึงแรงงานนอกระบบ ใ นก า ร ข ย า ย คว า มคุ มค ร อ ง แ ล ะ ก า ร ปร ะ กันสั ง คม ให ครอบคลุมทุกสาขาอาชีพ เพื่อให ผู ที่ทํางานนอกระบบ ได เข าถึงการประกันสังคมและความคุ มครองจากการทํางาน ได รับความเป นธรรม มีความมั่นคงจากการทํางาน ซึ่งจะ ส งผลให แรงงานนอกระบบเหล านี้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น แรงงานนอกระบบ หมายถึง ผู มีงานทําที่ไม ได รับ ความคุ มครอง หรือไม มีหลักประกันทางสังคม จากการทํางาน เช นเดียวกับแรงงานในระบบ อัตราค าจ างขั้นต่ํา ได รับข อมูลจากกรมสวัสดิการ และคุ มครองแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน 5. resting, 6. retirement, 7. otherwise not available for employment, such as voluntarily idle, working without pay, profits, dividends or any other payments for charitable organizations and institutions, working without pay, profits, dividends or any other payments for charitable organizations and institutions. Informal Employment : National Statistical Office conducted the first survey on Informal Employment in 2005. The survey was conducted annually and usually incorporated in the third quarter of the labour force survey. The purposes of the survey are aimed to serve information for the requirement of planning agencies and policy makers, as well as to create the informal employment database, in order to extend social security coverage for all occupations. As a result, informal employed people would benefit from accessing social security and protection from their work. The results of this survey could further contribute for an improvement of their quality of life. Informal employment refers to employed persons who are not protected or have no social security from work like formal employment.
