สาธารณสุข ซึ่งแยกออกเป นของรัฐบาล รัฐวิสาหกิจ เทศบาล องค กรอิสระ และเอกชน นอกจากนี้ยังแสดงให เห็น ถึงสัดส วนความสัมพันธ ระหว างทรัพยากรแต ละประเภทกับ ประชากรของประเทศ พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ การดื่มสุรา หรือ เครื่องดื่มมึนเมา สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ เป นผู จัดทําโดย การสํารวจเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ เริ่มดําเนินการ ครั้งแรกเมื่อ พ. ศ. 2519 และการสํารวจเกี่ยวกับ พฤติกร รมกา รดื่มสุร า เ ริ่มดํา เ นินการครั้ง แ รก พ.ศ. 2544 ต อมาใน พ.ศ. 2547 ได รวมข อถามทั้งสอง เรื่องไว ด วยกันโดยดําเนินการสํารวจภายใต ชื่อ การสํารวจ พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่และการดื่มสุราของประชากร คุ ม รวมสํารวจครั้งนี้ คือ บุคคลผู อาศัยอยู ในครัวเรือนส วน บุคคลทั่วไปในเขตเทศบาลและนอกเขตเทศบาลทั่วประเทศ ยกเว นครัวเรือนชาวต างประเทศที่ทํางานในสถานทูต องค การระหว างประเทศที่มีเอกสิทธิ์ทางการทูต เพื่อ รวบรวมข อมูลเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต อภาวะสุขภาพของ ประชากร บุหรี่ ในพร ะราชบัญญัติยาสูบ พ. ศ . 2509 หมายถึง ยาเส นหรือยาเส นปรุง ไม ว าจะมีใบยาแห งหรือยา อัดเจือปนหรือไม ซึ่งมวนด วยกระดาษหรือวัสดุที่ทําขึ้นใช แทนกระดาษหรือใบยาแห งหรือยาอัด ประเภทบุหรี่ในการสํารวจครั้งนี้ ได แก บุหรี่ที่ผลิต จากโรงงานหรือเรียกว าบุหรี่โรงงาน บุหรี่มวนเอง บุหรี่ ซิการ ไปป ยาสูบที่สูบผ านน้ําหรือเรียกว า บารากู /ฮุกก า/ ชิชา บุหรี่อิเล็กทรอนิก/บุหรี่ไฟฟ า บารากู ไฟฟ า personnel and public health, classified by government, state enterprises municipality, independence agency and private sector. Statistics on Smoking and Drinking Behaviour: National Statistics Office firstly conducted survey on Smoking Behaviour in 1976 and survey on Drinking Behavior in 2001. Later, in 2004 these two surveys were merged together under the survey titled “Smoking and Drinking Behaviour.” The coverage of this survey was members of private households located in municipal and non-municipal areas throughout the country, excluding special and institutional households, as well as, diplomat households. Data collected were population’s behaviour at risk to health status. Cigarette: according to the Tobacco Act. B.E. 2509 ( 1966), it means such of finely tobacco-cut or another similar substance is flavored whether or not mixed with any other ingredient of tobacco-dried or finely tobacco-cut, wrapping or covering of which is made of paper or used any other substance rather than paper or tobacco-dried or finely tobacco-cut. Type of cigarettes covered in this survey were such as manufactured cigarettes, hand-rolled cigarettes or roll your own (RYO), cigars, pipes, number of water pipe sessions e.g. baraku/hookah/shisha, electronic cigarettes, electronic baraku, etc. 168 สถิติสุขภาพ
