สุราหรือเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล หมายถึง เหล า สุรา หรือเครื่องดื่มทุกชนิดที่มีส วนผสมของเอทิลแอลกอฮอล เมื่อบริโภคเข าไปแล วจะออกฤทธิ์ทําให มีอาการมีนเมาตาม ปริมาณส วนผสมที่แตกต างกันของเอทิลแอลกอฮอล เช น สุราผสมน้ําผลไม หรือค็อกเทล เหล าป น ไวน คูลเลอร หรือ เครื่องดื่มกลุ มพร อมดื่ม เบียร สราสี/สุราแดง สุราแช พื้นบ านหรือสุราแช พื้นเมือง ไวน องุ น/แชมเปญ/ไวน ผลไม ยาดองเหล า/สุราจีน สุราขาว/สุรากลั่นชุมชน สถิติสุขภาพจิตของคนไทย สํานักงานสถิติ แห งชาติ เป นผู จัดทํา โดยให ผู ตอบที่อายุ 15 ป ขึ้นไป สํารวจ ตัวเองและประเมินเหตุการณ อาการ ความคิดเห็น และ ความรู สึกของตนในช วง 1 เดือนที่ผ านมา ซึ่งการสํารวจได ใช ข อถามสุขภาพจิตคนไทยฉบับสั้น 15 ข อ (ที่กรมสุขภาพจิตได พัฒนาจากข อถามฉบับสมบูรณ 54 ข อ) ข อถามแต ละข อมีคะแนนอยู ระหว าง 0-3 คะแนน ซึ่งคะแนนเต็มของข อถามสุขภาพจิตชุดนี้คือ 45 คะแนน การแปลผลคะแนนรวมดังนี้ 0 - 27 . 00 คะแนน หมายถึง สุขภาพจิตต่ํากว าคน ทั่วไป 27.01 - 34.00 คะแนน หมายถึง สุขภาพจิตเท ากับ คนทั่วไป 34.01 - 45 . 00 คะแนน หมายถึง สุขภาพจิตสูงกว า คนทั่วไป สถิติเกี่ยวกับจํานวนใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจ เกี่ยวกับยา ที่นําเสนอได ข อมูลมาจากสํานักงานคณะกรรมการ อาหารและยา นําเสนอข อมูลเกี่ยวกับใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจ เ กี่ยวกับยา แผนป จจุบัน แล ะ ยาแผน โ บร าณ ซึ่ งตาม พระราชบัญญัติยา พ.ศ. 2510 Liquor or alcoholic beverage means liquor, spirits or any beverage containing ethyl alcohol. When ingested, it has the effect of causing intoxication according to different amounts of ethyl alcohol, such as cocktails, frozen alcoholic beverages, wine coolers or ready-to-drink beverages, beer, brown liquor, local alcohol, wine/champagne/fruit wine, infused liquor/Chinese liquor, rice whisky/locally distilled spirits, etc . Statistics on mental health of Thai people were compiled by National Statistical Office by surveying Thai people aged 15 years and over, in order to collect data on mental health of Thai people from time to time according to economic situation. Mental health of Thai people can be classified into 3 levels, derived from 15 questions concerning Thai people’s mental health, (that was developed from complete edition of 54 items by Department of Mental Health). Each question has score ranging from 0 to 3. The total score of this set is 45. Results were interpreted into 3 levels as follows: Score 0 - 27.00 = mental health condition: Lower than average Score 27.01 – 34.00 .= mental health condition: At average Score 34.01 – 45.00 = mental health condition: Higher than average Statistics on license for making business on drugs: these statistics were from Food and Drug Administration, presenting the license concerning Modern drugs and Traditional drugs by Drug Act, B.E. 2510 (1967) Health Statistics 169
