ประกันสังคม เป นข อมูลที่ได รับจากสํานักงาน ประกันสังคม ที่แสดงถึง จํานวนสถานประกอบการ จํานวน ผู ประกันตน (ตามมาตรา 33 มาตรา 39 และมาตรา 40) และจํานวนการใช บริการของผู ประกันตนในแต ละกรณี ซึ่ง สํานักงานประกันสังคมได มีการจําแนกเป น 7 กรณี ดังนี้ กรณีเจ็บป วย กรณีคลอดบุตร กรณีทุพพลภาพ กรณีตาย กรณีสงเคราะห บุตร กรณีชราภาพ และกรณีว างงาน สถานประกอบการของผู ประกันตน หมายถึง สถานประกอบการธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมและบริการที่มีลูกจ าง ตั้งแต 1 คนขึ้นไป ณ วันขึ้นทะเบียนประกันสังคม ยกเว น กิจการเพาะปลูก ประมง ป าไม และเลี้ยงสัตว ซึ่งมิได ใช ลูกจ างตลอดป และไม มีงานลักษณะอื่นรวมอยู ด วย จํานวน สถานประกอบการรวมถึงสํานักงานใหญ และสํานักงานสาขา จะนับแยกแต ละแห ง (กรณีที่แยกเป นรายจังหวัดจะคํานึงถึง สถานีที่ตั้งของสถานประกอบการเป นหลัก) ผู ประกันตนตามมาตรา 33 หมายถึง ผู ซึ่งขึ้น ทะเบียนประกันสังคม และหรือจ ายเงินสมทบอันก อให เกิด สิท ธิ ไ ด รั บปร ะ โ ย ชน ท ด แท น ต า มพร ะ ร า ช บัญญัติ ประกันสังคม พ.ศ. 2533 และที่แก ไขเพิ่มเติม ผู ประกันตนตามมาตรา 39 หมายถึง ผู ซึ่งเคยเป น ผู ประกันตนตามมาตรา 33 และต อมาความเป นผู ประกันตน ได สิ้นสุดลงตามมาตรา 38(2) คือ สิ้นสภาพการเป นลูกจ าง และได แจ งความประสงค เป นผู ประกันตนต อ ผู ประกันตนตามมาตรา 40 หมายถึง ผู ที่มิใช ลูกจ าง ตามมาตรา 33 และไม เป นผู ประกันตนตามมาตรา 39 และ ประสงค จะสมัครเข าเป นผู ประกันตนตามพระราชบัญญัติ ประกันสังคม พ.ศ. 2533 Social Security, its information was obtained from the Social Security Office, it presented data on number of establishments and insured persons (section 33, section 39 and section 40 ). In addition, it showed the number of claimants according to seven cases, namely; sickness, maternity, invalidity, case of death, child allowance, old age and unemployed. Enterprise of insured persons means places for business operation of industry and service, with one or more employees at the date of registration, except, farming business, fishing, forestry and animal farming, where normally have seasonal employees. Number of enterprises are inclusive of headquarters and branches (in case of classifying by province, location is considered). Insured person, according to section 33, means a person who registered with Social Security Office and paid contribution which provides entitlement to benefit under the Social Security Act B.E. 2533 ( 1990 ) and its amendment. Insured person, according to section 39, means any person who used to be an insured person according to section 33, and whose insurance has subsequently ceased according to section 38 (2) and he or she notifies his/her intention to continue to be insured person. Insured person according to section 40, means any individual who is not an employee under section 33 and compulsory scheme or the section 39, is able to apply to be an insured person under this act by notifying to the Office of Social Security. 190 สถิติสวัสดิการสังคม
