สถิติอุตสาหกรรม สถิติอุตสาหกรรม ที่ เสน อ ใ นบทนี้ ไ ด มา จา ก กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม กรมอุตสาหกรรมพื้นฐานและ กา ร เ ห มือ ง แ ร กร ะ ทร ว ง อุ ต สา ห กร ร ม สํา นั กง า น คณะกรรมการส งเสริมการลงทุน สํานักนายกรัฐมนตรี และ สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สถิติอุตสาหกรรมจากสํามะโนอุตสาหกรรม เป น โครงการที่จัดทําทุก 10 ป ตามข อเสนอขององค การสหประชาชาติ เพื่อให มีข อมูลพื้นฐานที่สําคัญทางด านอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต อย างต อเนื่อง โดยได จัดทํามาแล ว 3 ครั้ง ในป 2507 2540 2550 และ 2560 แต เนื่องจากป จจุบันโครงสร างด านเศรษฐกิจ มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็วมาก ดังนั้น หน วยงานที่เกี่ยวข อง เ ช น สํานักงาน เศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม สํานักงานสภา พัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห งชาติ ธนาคารแห งประเทศไทย และกระทรวงพาณิชย มีความจําเป นต องใช ข อมูลที่ทันสมัย ในการวิเคราะห และติดตามสถานการณ ด านเศรษฐกิจ ของประเทศ และภูมิภาค สํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ จึงจัดทํา สํามะโนอุตสาหกรรม จากทุก 10 ป เป นจัดทําทุก 5 ป โดยเริ่ม ดําเนินการในป 2555 พร อมกับ สํามะโนธุรกิจทางการค า และธุ รกิจท างกา รบริการ เ รียกว า สํามะ โ นธุรกิจแล ะ อุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. 2555 สําหรับการจัดทําสํามะโนธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. 2565 ได กําหนดแผนการดําเนินงานเป น 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นการเก็บรวบรวมข อมูลพื้นฐานหรือการนับจดสถาน ประกอบการทุกประเภททั้งที่อยู ในระบบทะเบียน และนอกระบบ ทะ เบียน ดํา เนินการในป 2564 ที่ประกอบกิจกรรมทาง เศรษฐกิจรตามการจัดประเภทมาตรฐาน อุตสาหกรรมประเทศไทย ป 2552 (Thailand Standard Industrial Classification: TSIC 2009 ) ได แก ธุรกิจทางการค า ธุรกิจทางการบริการ การผลิต Industrial Statistics Industrial statistics presented in this chapter were obtained from the Department of industrial Works, the Department of Primary Industry and Mines, Ministry of Industry; Thailand Board of Investment, Office of the Prime Minister and the National Statistical Office, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society . Industrial statistics was derived from Industrial census, which has been conducted every 10 years, in accordance with the UN recommendation by the National Statistical Office. This census has been carried out 3 times already, in 1964, 1997, 2007, 2017 and 2017. Presently the economic structure has changed rapidly, thus the concerned agencies, such as the Office of Industrial Economics, the office the National Economic and Social Development Council Bank of Thailand and Ministry of Commerce expressing the needs in timely industrial statistics for analyzing and monitoring economic statistics at regional and country levels. Therefore, as a major data producer, the National Statistic Office is shifting in conducting the industrial census from every 10 years into every 5 years, starting from 2012. In order to cover wider range of economic activities, the business trade and services census is also incorporated in the 2012 industrial census, then it is called the 2012 Business and Industrial Census. The 2022 Business and Industrial Census consists of two stages.
