ดัชนีราคาผู บริโภค เป นเครื่องวัดภาวะค าครองชีพ ของประชาชนและอัตราเงินเฟ อของประเทศ ซึ่งโดยปกติมี การปรับปรุงน้ําหนักค าใช จ ายและโครงสร างรายการสินค าที่ใช คํานวณดัชนีราคาผู บริโภค ทุก 4 – 5 ป ตามการสํารวจภาวะ เศรษฐกิจและสังคมของครัวเรือนของสํานักงานสถิติแห งชาติ เพื่อให ดัชนีราคาผู บริโภคมีความทันสมัย ถูกต อง สะท อน ค าครองชีพของประชาชนตามพฤติกรรมการบริ โภคที่ เปลี่ยนแปลงไป โดยดัชนีราคาผู บริโภคประกอบด วย ดัชนี ราคาผู บริโภคทั่วไป ดัชนีราคาผู บริโภครายได น อย ดัชนี ราคาผู บริโภคเขตชนบท สําหรับการปรับน้ําหนักและป ฐาน การคํานวณดัชนีราคาผู บริโภคจากป 2558 เป นป 2562 ดัชนีราคาผู บริ โภคพื้นฐาน หมายถึง ดัชนีราคา ผู บริโภคทั่วไปที่ไม รวมรายการสินค ากลุ มอาหารสด และกลุ ม พลังงาน ดัชนีราคาผู ผลิต คือ ดัชนีชี้วัดการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ ราคาสินค าโดยเฉลี่ยที่ผู ผลิตในประเทศได รับจากการขายสินค า และบริการ จากแหล งผลิตไม รวมค าขนส งและภาษีมูลค าเพิ่ม ณ เวลาใดเวลาหนึ่งเปรียบเทียบกับช วงเวลา ณ ป ฐาน Consumer Price Index (CPI) is considered as a tool for measuring changes in cost of living when the price is changed and an inflation rates. Normally for the updates of the figures, which could reflect cost of population’s livings, weights and list of goods for the CPI calculation would be adjusted every 4 - 5 years based on the socio-economic survey conducted by the National Statistical Office. Thailand’s consumer price index calculation emphasizing on general consumer price index, low income consumer price and rural consumer price index. Due to updating the weight and base year for calculating CPI changing from 2015 to 2019. Core consumer price index is the consumer price index excluding group of raw food and energy items. Producer Price Index (PPI) is defined as measuring the average change over time selling prices received by domestic producers of goods and services, excluding shipping and VAT at any time comparing to the base year. ดัชนีราคาผู ผลิตของประเทศไทย มี 2 โครงสร าง คือ 1. โครงสร างแบ งตามขั้นตอนการผลิต ( Stage of Processing: SOP) จัดทําครั้งแรกเมื่อป 2528 ประกอบด วย 3 หมวดใหญ คือ หมวดสินค าสําเร็จรูป หมวดสินค ากึ่งสําเร็จรูป (แปรรูป) และหมวดสินค าวัตถุดิบ สําหรับโครงสร างชุดนี้ ไม มีดัชนีรวม เนื่องจากดัชนี 3 หมวดใหญ แยกเป นอิสระ เพื่อ สะท อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาสินค าในแต ละขั้นตอนการผลิต Producer Price Index is composed of two major groups as follow: 1 . Producer Price Index by stage of processing (SOP) : The initial calculation of this index was in 1985 . It is calculated from three major groups of products, namely finished goods, intermediate goods and raw materials. For this structure, there is no total index because the index of 3 major product groups is independent, and reflecting the change in product prices at each stage of processing. 372 สถิติการค าและราคา
