สาธารณสุข ซึ่งแยกออกเป็นของรัฐบาล รัฐวิสาหกิจ เทศบาล องค์กรอิสระ และเอกชน นอกจากนี้ยังแสดงให้เห็น ถึงสัดส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทรัพยากรแต่ละประเภทกับ ประชากรของประเทศ พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ การดื่มสุรา หรือ เครื่องดื่มมึนเมา สํานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ เป็นผู้จัดทําโดย การสํารวจเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ เริ่มดําเนินการ ครั้ง แรก เมื่อ พ .ศ . 2519 แล ะการสํ ารวจ เกี่ยวกับ พฤติกร รมกา รดื่มสุร า เ ริ่มดํา เ นินกา รครั้ง แ รก พ.ศ. 2544 ต่อมาใน พ.ศ. 2547 ได้รวมข้อถามทั้งสอง เรื่องไว้ด้วยกันโดยดําเนินการสํารวจภายใต้ชื่อ การสํารวจ พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่และการดื่มสุราของประชากร คุ้มรวมสํารวจครั้งนี้ คือ บุคคลผู้อาศัยอยู่ในครัวเรือน ส่วนบุคคลทั่วไปในเขตเทศบาลและนอกเขตเทศบาลทั่วประเทศ ยกเว้นครัวเรือนชาวต่างประเทศที่ทํางานในสถานทูต องค์การระหว่างประเทศที่มีเอกสิทธิ์ทางการทูต เพื่อ รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อภาวะสุขภาพของ ประชากร บุหรี่ ในพ ร ะร าชบัญญั ติย าสูบ พ .ศ . 2509 หมายถึง ยาเส้นหรือยาเส้นปรุง ไม่ว่าจะมีใบยาแห้งหรือยา อัดเจือปนหรือไม่ ซึ่งมวนด้วยกระดาษหรือวัสดุที่ทําขึ้นใช้ แทนกระดาษหรือใบยาแห้งหรือยาอัด ประเภทบุหรี่ในการสํารวจครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุหรี่ที่ผลิต จากโรงงานหรือบุหรี่โรงงาน บุหรี่มวนเอง บุหรี่ ซิการ์ ไปป์ ยาสูบที่สูบผ่านนํ้า ( บารากู่/ฮุกก้า/ชิชา ) บุหรี่อิเล็กทรอนิก/ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า บารากู่ไฟฟ้า personnel and public health, classified by government, state enterprises municipality, independence agency and private sector .
