ยาแผนปัจจุบัน หมายความว่า ยาที่มุ่งหมาย สําหรับใช้ในการประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม การประกอบโรค ศิลปะแผนปัจจุบัน หรือการบําบัดสัตว์ ซึ่งประเภทของ ใบอนุญาตสําหรับยาแผนปัจจุบันมีทั้งหมด 6 ประเภท คือ 1 . ขย 1 หมายถึง ขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน 2 . ขย 2 หมายถึง ขายยาแผนปัจจุบันเฉพาะยาบรรจุ เสร็จที่ไม่ใช่ยาอันตรายหรือควบคุมพิเศษ 3 . ขย 3 หมายถึง ขายยาแผนปัจจุบันเฉพาะยาบรรจุ เสร็จสําหรับสัตว์ 4 . ขย 4 หมายถึง ขายส่งยาแผนปัจจุบัน 5 . นย 1 หมายถึง นําหรือสั่งยาแผนปัจจุบัน เข้ามา ในราชอาณาจักร 6 . ผย 1 หมายถึง ผลิตยาแผนปัจจุบัน ยาแผนโบราณ หมายความว่า ยาที่มุ่งหมาย สําหรับใช้ในการประกอบโรคศิลปะแผนโบราณ หรือการบําบัด โรคสัตว์ ซึ่งอยู่ในตํารายาแผนโบราณที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศหรือ ยาที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศเป็นยาแผนโบราณ หรือยาที่ได้รับ อนุญาตให้ขึ้นทะเบียนตํารับยาเป็นยาแผนโบราณ ซึ่งประเภท ของใบอนุญาตสําหรับยาแผนโบราณมีทั้งหมด 3 ประเภท คือ 1 . ขยบ หมายถึง ขายยาแผนโบราณสําหรับสัตว์ 2 . นยบ หมายถึง นําหรือสั่งยาแผนโบราณ เข้ามา ในราชอาณาจักรสําหรับสัตว์ 3 . ผยบ หมายถึง ผลิตยาแผนโบราณสําหรับสัตว์ Modern drugs : drugs intended for use in the practice of modern drugs or the cure of an animal disease . The categories of licenses for modern drugs are as follows: 1 . A license to sell modern drugs 2 . A license to sell only ready-packed modern drugs which are not dangerous or specially-controlled drugs 3 . A license to sell only ready-packed modern drugs for veterinary use 4 . A license to wholesale modern drugs 5 . A license to import or order modern drugs into the Kingdom 6 . A license to produce modern drugs Traditional drugs: drugs intended for use in the practice of the traditional drugs or the cure of an animal disease which appears in a pharmacopoeia of traditional drugs notified by the Minister, or a drug notified by the Minister as a traditional drugs, or a drug of which formula has been registered as that of a traditional drugs . The categories of licenses for Traditional drugs are as follows: 1 . A license to sell traditional drugs for veterinary use 2 .
