(1) กรณีเจ็บปวย นับตามจํานวนครั้งที่ผูประกันตนมาใชบริการ ซึ่งผู ประกันตน 1 คน อาจใชบริการมากกวา 1 ครั้ง รวมขอมูล
ผูใชบริการกรณีประสบอันตรายหรือเจ็บป วยฉุกเฉิ น คนไขนอก คนไข ใน แพทยพิเศษ อุ ปกรณ ทันตกรรม ปลูกถายเซลล
ตนกําเนิดเม็ดโลหิต เอดส ไตวายเรื้ อรังฟอกเลือด ไตวายเรื้ อรังลางชองท อง ปลูกถายไต กระจกตา ยา Erythopoietin
ประสบอันตรายหรือเจ็บปวยฉุ กเฉิน 3 กองทุ น (UCEP) ปลูกถายอวัยวะ 5 รายการ บริการสาธารณสุขคนพิการ
และกรณีรั บเงินทดแทนการขาดรายได
Sickness counted on the number of service utilization including services for out-patient, in-patient, emergency,
accidents, special medical instruments and implant materials dental care, bone marrow transplantation, AIDS,
hemodialysis, chronic peritoneal dialysis kidney transplantation, erythropoietin treatment, corneal transplantation, UCEP,
listed organ transplantation, public health services for the disabled and cash benefits.
(2) กรณีคลอดบุตร คื อ คนที่เบิกคาคลอดบุตรทั้งผูประกันตนที่เป นเพศชาย และเพศหญิง
Maternity counted on the number of insured person who claimed maternity benefits.
(3) กรณีทุพพลภาพ คือ ผูทุพพลภาพคนใหม นั บตามจํานวนผูที่ไดรับอนุมัติ ณ ปนั้ น
Invalidity counted on new case only.
(4) กรณีตาย คือ จํานวนคนที่มารับคาทําศพ
Death counted on the number of claims on funeral allowance.
(5) กรณีสงเคราะหบุตร คือ จํานวนบุตรของผู ประกันตนที ่เบิกเงินสงเคราะหบุตร ซึ่งเป นจํานวนที่นับสะสม เนื ่องจากผูมีสิ ทธิ
บางรายยังคงไดรั บประโยชนทดแทนในปจจุบัน โดยบุตรแตละคนจะไดรับสิทธิตอเนื่องจนอายุครบ 6 ป
Child Allowance counted on the number of children and the benefit will be paid until children turn 6 years old.
(6) กรณีชราภาพ คือ จํานวนผูรับบํ าเหน็จและบํานาญ
Old-age benefit counted on the number of pensioners and persons who received lump sum.
(7) กรณีวางงาน คือ จํ านวนผูประกันตนที ่มารายงานตัวและรับเงินทดแทนการขาดรายได ในแตละเดือน (เฉพาะผูประกันตนมาตรา 33)
ซึ่งเปนจํานวนที่นั บสะสม เนื่องจากผูมีสิทธิบางราย ยังคงไดรับประโยชนทดแทนในปจจุบัน
Unemployment counted on the number of insured persons only under Article 33 who registered and claime for
unemployment benefit.
หมายเหตุ: 1. ผูประกันตน หมายถึง ผูซึ่งขึ้นทะเบียนประกันสังคม และหรือจายเงิ นสมทบอันกอให เกิดสิทธิไดรับประโยชนทดแทน ตามพระราช-
บัญญัติประกันสังคม (มาตรา 33) รวมผูที่เคยเปนผูประกันตน แลวสิ้นสภาพการเปนลูกจาง และได แจงความประสงค
เปนผูประกันตนตอ (มาตรา 39)
2. สํานักงานประกันสังคมยกเลิกการใหบริการกับผู ประกันตน ณ กองประโยชนทดแทนแตยั งคงใหบริการเบิ กจายรักษาพยาบาล
แกสถานพยาบาลในกรณีการรักษาโดยแพทยผูเชี่ยวชาญพิเศษเฉพาะทาง
Note: 1. Insured person: a person who pays contributions which provides entitlement to benefits under the Social Security
Act (article 33) included any person who has been an insured person and he or she notify his/her intention
to continue to be insured person (article 39 ).
2. Social Security Office quited providing services for the insured persons at the office of the Benefits Division
which is located at the Social Security Office. However, reimbursement of treatment service is still provided
for the hospitals in case of special treatment.
