Statistics on Physical Activity:
National Statistical Office has firstly conducted the survey on
Population’s Behavior in Physical Activity in
2001
and the second one was in
2007
, to collect information
on population’s behavior in physical activity.
Physical activity refers to any kinds of body’s movement for a better support of good health,
enjoyment, and for social. Physical activity may be simple activity or with simple rules for competition, such
as walking, jogging exercising, weight lifting etc. except for any kinds of movement in daily life and in work.
Statistics on mental health of Thai people
are compiled by National Statistical Office by
surveying Thai people aged
15
years and over, in order to present data on mental health of Thai people
from time to time according to economic situation.
Mental health of Thai people can be classified into

levels, derived from

questions concerning
Thai people’s mental health, (that was developed from complete edition of

items by Department of
Mental Health). Each question has score ranging from
