Insured person, according to article
33,
means a person who registered with Social Security
Office and paid contribution which provides entitlement to benefit under the Social Security Act B.E.
2533 (1990)
and its amendment.
Insured person, according to article
39,
means any person who used to be an insured person
according to article
33,
and whose insurance has subsequently ceased according to article
38 (2)
and he
or she notifies his/her intention to continue to be insured person.
Insured person according to article
40,
means any individual who is not an employee under
article
33,
is able to apply to be an insured person under this act by notifying to the Office of Social
Security.
