ICT Indicators
The ICT development is compiled with the global circum-
stances, in terms of ICT indicators. That is a gradually pro-
gress, trends of using fixed phones and mobile phone were the
same as the global. (Figure 2)

The indicators measuring ICT development refer to ITU’s
“International Telecommunication Union”, which is the United
Nations agency responsible for compiling statistics on information
and communication technology.
