In considering the ICT
infrastructure in Thailand, there was
the decreasing tendency of the
number of fixed-telephone lines from
9.1 per 100 persons in 2013 to 8.5 per
100 persons in 2014. The number of
mobile telephone subscriptions
increased to 144.9 per 100 persons in
2014. In addition, it was obviously seen
that the pre-paid mobile telephones
have been used by most Thai people.
